The decor is outstanding, rooms are clean, location is perfect, the food is good and the waiting staff is friendly
Firstly; The overly commercial attitude of the management. Upon arrival, even before seeing our room or anything we got this obliged salestalk about extra activities we could book for high prices. You feel like a bag of money instead of a guest.
Secondly ; When we did want to book an excursion to ourika it was needlessly expensive . After bargaining a bit we booked the tour at the riad. Considering the excursion was on our checkout day we asked of the driver could drop us off at our next hotel. Which was located on the route to the destination of the tour. It was literally 2 minutes off the main road we had to take. The riad wanted to charge us 60 euro for this 2 minute detour. This is insane. They pretended it was 35 minutes driving but we drove right past it both ways to ourika..
And last; the WiFi is bad and hardly works in the rooms. The signal should be the best at reception but it works on and off so doing anything online takes very long. The management blames this on a “technical problem” but I’m guessing this is pretty permanent.

Only one coffee included in price for breakfast.
Had problems with taxi booked through the hotel both coming from and going to the hotel, but that could have been the taxi being unreliable rather than the hotel.

A beautiful property in a fantastic location. The place was quiet. The staff were very willing to help. A breakfast tray before we left and someone to walk us to/from the riad was especially nice.
We paid a lot more than we usually spend on a hotel room so we could try a riad. My friend called directly and was offered a significantly cheaper price. I was disappointed because we specifically booked this Riad because of the jacuzzi and unfortunately the water was cold, so was the pool. The shower in the room had significant mold and the little things like an extra charge for a cup of coffee and no deviation from the set breakfast menu was surprising. No tv in the room but not an issue for us. Excursion were expensive compared to booking.com.

It was in the medina, so you can get the real vibe of Marrakech.
It is hard to find in the first time, but for me it was not a problem. I enjoyed to look a bit more then usuall.

Couldn’t have been better! Beautiful rooms, authentic but modern. Perfect location, easy to find and close to the main square and surrounding area (literally a few mins walk from Jemaa El- Fnaa). Staff were exceptional and breakfast fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Every single one of the people that worked there were exceptional, warm, welcoming and assisting. Beautiful riad in a quiet environment, still right in the middle of the city. Short walking distance and surprisingly easy to learn your way about!
We didn't like the dinner we had the last night very much, a little disappointment there. Breakfast was on the other hand very good.

This is a super nice Riad with exceptional staff. The property is well maintained, in a very good location, the breakfast options are very nice and there is a rooftop restaurant. The staff can help you book tours and arrange airport pickup/drop off. We had them arrange a private 2 night tour to Sahara. Got a great private van and English speaking
driver/guide.
