Nice riad with a cool rooftop and good breakfast!
Had to wait quite a while to start check in and later in the evening when the door was closed until finally someone answered my ringing the bell.

The spa (Hammam) was amazing and the eggs at breakfast were delicious. All staff were very kind and friendly.
The photos advertising the property are dramatically stretched and therefore dont represent the true size of the pools and courtyard (or lack there of). Rooms are pretty but small with no space to store a suitcase. We were looking forward to the heated pool, it was freezing. It lacked the charm of other Riads that have beautiful courtyards with places to sit and relax.

The staff was really professional and accommodating, helping with bags and restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was really good, and the staff were great about my special request for scrambled eggs.
The location was pretty hard to find without help because the Google directions weren't the best. And when you have a lot of bags and are traveling alone like I was, that might be a challenge. But now that I know where it is, I'd stay again.

The place was nice, well decorated. The staff was very helpful in getting me an early morning ride to the airport, plus tea while waiting for my room.
It would have been nice if the whirlpool had been warm and functional.

The staff, namely Youness & Rafik, were incredibly helpful & polite. The property was very traditional with good food, the rooms were clean & adequate
The hotel is situated just off the Souk & you have to be dropped off in the nearby square & make your way along 3 pathways past traders & dodging scooters continually passing by. It wasnt well signposted

The central pool adds a nice vibe to the reception and lounge area and the rooftop terrace is really relaxing with a lot of places to chill out.
Breakfast was morrocan continental style with good tagine oven baked eggs
Good access to the square and souk markets in the medina
The water in the shower took a while to get hot

The place is really nice, quite & peacful. You would never imagine that you are so close to the hustle & bustle of Jemma El Fna. The staff were amazing, very professional & curteous. A special shout out to Rafiki; he made me feel like I was home. Actually the whole staff made me feel very welcomed. Oh yeah, the breakfast was huge. I could not possibly finish it all. I will most certainly be returning and I will also recommend this Riad to anyone that I know who is coming to Marrakech. I really enjoyed my stay.
I think the rooms could have a phone, for room service or whatever.

Good location, beautiful courtyard, friendly staffs, housekeeping daily, free two bottles of water, good breakfast.
When we arrived, the room we were given was inconsistent with the room description on booking.com. We asked to readjust the room base on the description on booking. They changed the room for us . The kitchen is upstairs on the room. sometimes there will be some noise after getting up in the morning until 11pm. The noise is the sound of heavy metal chairs moving and rubbing on the cement floor.
