As this was my first trip to Morocco I wasn't sure what to expect. Riad Adore exceeded my expectations. It was a very quiet, relaxing space amongst a very bustling city. The staff was very courteous and helpful ( especially Muhammad). The Riad is in a convenient area easy to walk to restaurants, shops and to grab a taxi. The food was fresh and plentiful and they were very accommodating at to what time you wanted to eat. I highly recommend giving this RIAD a chance if you are traveling to this area.

Breakfast was great and had options for vegan and gluten free. Gluten free toast and extra fruit were provided. The staff were very responsive for anything extra we required such as tea, coffee, or water and adapted dinner option for my spouse's requirements. The location is in the heart of the medina and convenient for drop off (2-3 minute walk). Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated.

Large room, comfy Riad with a good roof top facility and very good small spa in an excellent location near the centre of the old town. Excellent hands on manager with a personal touch if he left it might cause problems.
Food could have been better, dining isn’t really a strength.

Excellent location. An oasis of calm in a busy place. Lovely staff and in particular Yassen is a real asset to the Riad. Complimentary water and hot drinks are a real bonus. Breakfast is lovely and the optional dinner on arrival was the best food we ate in Marrakesh! Thank you all.
Would have preferred the bedrooms to have locks when you are out.

Beautiful riad. The staff were welcoming and helpful. They kindly kept our luggage safe for two days at no charge. We enjoyed the breakfast 100%.

Disappointing
The overnight staff (2 gentleman), are absolutely amazing! Very caring, very friendly, very kind. They guard the riad at night and served us breakfast in the morning. Absolute delight to deal with.
Here is my honest review. Please note that I rarely leave negative reviews. We are a very easy going family. Everyone is very welcoming and caring, but I think that’s part of the Moroccan culture. Most people working in the office, they think that all tourists are multimillionaires and we have been blessed with excessive wealth and extra cash that we do not know what to do with it. We booked 2 suites: Bahia and Victoria. Our adult kids stayed in Bahia and they were satisfied with the wifi. That’s all they really care about. We stayed in Victoria. A bit rundown than Bahia. One of the sinks (close to the wall), was clogged. Only 1 sink was working. The tub has a huge crack in it, little flies come out of the drain and the cleaners plug it daily. The water mid shower fluctuates from extreme cold to extreme hot. You need to stay alert at all times. The shower drain is slow and you end up standing in water up to your ankles. Beware, you WILL need to repay the riad for the taxi ride from airport to the riad. I was somewhat shocked, because nowhere did they mentioned this upon booking. I got a hammam experience booked and I do not recommend it. The exfoliation room is old, dark and the smell of sewage is overpowering. Then you will walk to another room for your massage. There’s no timer, and even though i was told it’s 45 minutes of massage, it was half that time. I do not recommend it. It’s not a good experience. Also, upon arrival, we were told that it’s €40, but when booked it, it changed to €60. The prices are like the stock market. They look at you and your clothing and charge you accordingly to the way you are dressed. There are 2 gentlemen that guard the riad overnight and they serve you breakfast in the morning. They are extremely nice, caring, friendly, accommodating and very hardworking. The nicest people in Marrakech, if not the country. They are not looking for extra cash or tip, they are good people. This riad is not a luxury

Great communication from time of booking, arranged lift from airport, then met us & brought us to the Riad, we definitely would have spent time trying to find it. Easy checkin , lovely meal on our first night, breakfast was amazing & so fresh. Very friendly & informative staff. Arranged trips for us,recommended lovely restaurants, we loved Cafe Arabe.
