The architecture of of the Riad Adore is amazing. It is stylish, quite and very elegant. It is amazing that behind the door, just few blocks away there is such a rush and Medina full of life. The owner is a great and very charming person and the staff extremly helpful. I give 10/10. Truly reccomend.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff!
The first day we had breakfast on the terrace. There was only one staff member who repeatedly had to run up and down to bring food for our group of 5. He was so out of breath. We didnt dine on the terrace after that because we felt bad for the staff.

Unfortunately we had a poor experience here mainly due to the staff. On our first morning, we asked the staff to organise a taxi to take us to a golf course outside the medina. We had done the same trip 3 days prior from another riad in the medina, within the same group. We were given a price which was double that of the previous. We explained this to the staff, and were told we were wrong, despite us explaining their colleagues had arranged the same 3 days before. The taxi never arrived. When we returned to the riad that evening, we had a very poor reception, unfriendly staff. The breakfast the following morning was completely different - stale bread, no eggs, cold coffee. Again, staff would not respond or acknowledge us. As a side note, none of the bedrooms in the riad have locks - we had a suitcase lock and used this on our door, important to be aware of.

The staff are wonderful, the food is superb. The whole place is so peaceful. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, they are so attentive and friendly. What a hidden gem we have found!

A hidden gem. This hotel is immaculately clean, and the attention to detail is second to none. Staff were friendly and on hand around the clock.
I will definitely stay again.
The hotel manager, Brahim, ensured that all our needs were met.

The friendly service from Jessim and Youssef. The complimentary mint tea, coffee and water were very welcome. The riad is in a nice quiet area and we were very well looked after - thank you!
The roof terrace is nice to sit in but could be smartened up to make it even nicer

The breakfast, location and cleanliness were excellent! Beautifully designed interiors, wonderful roof terrance and the staff were very accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would stay again.
The beds and pillows were extremely firm, I was perfectly comfortable, but my companion found it far too firm for them. If you like a soft bed and a softer pillow, request for a pillow top mattress.

the riad is beautiful but service could be much improved and organized.
still would recommend staying in this hotel just for its garden and common area .
service is lacking organization, no house key was given upon my arrival neither any introduction like when / where is the breakfast.
the room has no locker unless you asked , then they give you a tiny lock.

Riad Adore is a little oasis of calm in the medina.....would highly recommend. The staff were so lovely and helpful. It was so refreshing staying in a property with such unique character. We had our evening meal on the day of arrival which was presented beautifully and so tasty. Breakfast each day was fab and plentiful.
Couldn't really fault Riad Adore. It was chilly at night but the bed linen was plentiful and there were heaters provided.
