Amazing location, beautiful roof terrace and lobby/ pool area, rooms come with strong AC and a lot of space, very clean and good amenities. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This riad is stunning, well decorated and clean, but the pool is more ornamental than functional for swimming.
The host was very unfriendly. Extremely unpleasant and rude, not hospitable. We felt uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this has put a big damper on our stay.

Exactly as pictured - it was such a beautiful place and properly took our breath away as we entered. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, breakfast was excellent and I dont think Ive been to a cleaner hotel. Would highly recommend the welcome dinner and the taxi service also, especially as it may have been tricky to find first time without a guide! It was in a fantastic place for getting into the souks and site seeing, as well as pick ups for trips farther afield.
It was a little noisy, particularly in the mornings, but I dont think this would have been different in any other property and the room was so comfortable it was easy to fall back to sleep. Id also say the & Spa in the name is a little misleading for British tourists at least - the spa is the small pool pictured, but there are plenty of nearby places for hamam and massage.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Adika! Nice, beautiful and fantastic staff. They helped us in every possible way.
The room was perfect and very clean.
Only 5 minutes walk to the medina, restaurants and atm.

Staff were extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help make our stay more memorable. They offered up tours and taxi services and gave recommendations of where to visit and restaurants to eat in. The hotel itself is very quaint and authentic I really enjoyed the experience and stay.
The mattress was not the comfiest it was extremely firm to the point I struggled to sleep some nights. The breakfast was good, an authentic berber but after day 2 it is a bit repetitive and very carb heavy I would have liked the option of an omelette or some scrambled eggs which may also have helped with the food waste of all the break we didn't eat.

Beautiful riad located just outside of the Medina with walking distance to major sites in Marrakesh. The riad is very nicely decorated, spacious rooms and has a lovely roof terrace. Its a calm oasis which is lovely to come back to after the business of the city. We really enjoyed our stay!

The manager Mohamed was extremely professional and extremely helpful. He was the main reason why I felt safe and comfortable. He also suggested a great camp in the desert. The roof top was nice. They could keep expanding with whats there and I think it would really put it on another level. I also loved that I experienced the country during its holiest time.I would go again and explore the other cities.
You get a real back alley no lights, Strangers, small doors low bridges feel of the city. Surprisingly I had no problems and seen other foreigners. I would be careful at night for most but personally seen a cool night vibe especially if you go to the market. Thats it was Ramadan cause it reduced things but its understandable.

The room, the location - that's it!
From the moment we arrived, we didn't feel welcomed at all. The guest service and communication are really poor. Usually, when being in Morocco, we have always experienced friendly people and great hospitality but not here. No one had a nice word for us, actually nobody really talked to us. No good morning, no have a nice day, no how is your stay, nothing at all. Breakfast was the worst we had from all our accommodations we had during 3 trips to Morocco. Pictures on booking show fruits, eggs etc this was not served at all. We tried to get breakfast before 8h15 but it turned out to be super complicated with low flexibility. We got a light breakfast only. Overall atmosphere is not great at all and would not recommend anyone to stay. You will find many other great Riads with better experience.
