The host was lovely and very accommodating. Property was very well located. Close to everything. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Family of four with two young children.
Wish there was a table of some sort in the room. The bedside tables were okay but given we were traveling with children, a table would have been useful. Also wish there was space to hang clothes, vs. shelves.

I stated at Riad Aderbaz for two nights, one to start and one to end a bikepacking trip. It was a perfect place to start, relaxing with a nice terrace and full breakfast. Luckily I was able to stow my luggage while traveling around this beautiful country. Upon departure, taxi was easily coordinated with the host. All in it was a great experience here, would stay again! Perfect location too near the markets but not in them.

Location and that’s it.
STAY AWAY!!!! The photos are years old. All of it doesn’t look like in real life, I’ve book a room that is nothing what the picture looks like. The morning and night shift desk a male and a female doesn’t speak English, I tried using translation on google and both of them don’t know how to write!! Which is crazy! The lady was the worst, she was watching TikTok while I was trying to check in when I arrived afternoon! I left the property the next day as I’m trying to book another hotel nearby. Worst place I’ve been so far! WARNING!!! All of the things posted on this “hotel” is not what you’ll get!

The rooms were clean. We need to leave early in the morning, so our host gives us breakfast in a bag for the journey. Too close also in the Medina.

For those expecting a buffet breakfast, this might not be the best option. The breakfast is made according to the guest preference with a few options, still good.
For families with kids, a TV was missed especially after a long day walk.

Upon arrival, we were very well received with a smile and a tea while we filled out our paperwork, then we were taken to our room which fully met our expectations. Beautiful, typically Moroccan Riad, clean and well maintained, and ideally located if you are on a girls' trip, you will feel safe returning in the evening. Very kind and attentive staff.

The Staff were very friendly and the location was easy enough to find and was close to all central attractions and the walk their felt safe and enjoyable.
Our Room was on the bottom floor next to the kitchen and dining area, which meant it was very noisy, the room was not nice at all and was intiadating and not that clean and a bit dark, the riad is not like it is in pictures, If it was advertised as it is I don't think I would of been disappointed. It just seemed expensive for what it was.

> Room has everything you need. Air conditioning is an advantage, because now nights are cold and rainy.
> Riad style is minimal and I find it as an advantage - no dusty plastic flowers or many tablecloths what were in other riads.

The riad is very small and simple, in a quiet area. A bit far (but not terribly) from the main sights. The staff is amazing, we had dinner there and it was just divine, everything was homemade and the bread and sweets spectacular.

The Riad staff were fantastic. Communication before we arrived was excellent. They arranged a transfer from the airport which made travelling with our two year old very straightforward. The Riad made a great base for traveling with a toddler. During nap times we could relax on the terrace with coffee from a local shop. We don’t travel with a pram and use only a backpack. The Riad was very central and we found getting everywhere with either a backpack or taxi was very straightforward. Would 100% recommend for families.
