The staff were exceptional - so kind and friendly. The whole riad is just beautiful - the rooftop pool particularly is fabulous.
The bed was a little hard for our liking but that was it!

the breakfast! what a feast! i have never had best quality choices and variance on offer daily.
it could just be me, but i had fleas bites. but we also kept our door/window a lot. with the fountain and beautiful vegetation, could happen . the staff offered a prompt suggestion!

the Staff was amazing, the food was great, the roof Terace is super nice, the walk in the Medina to get to the hotel is quite good the SPA is 10/10
The manager that was very nice until you put a complaint or do not agree on a point, then she was arrogant and not smily, at a point my wife asked her if all was ok and she responded by I really don't have time to respond to that, I need to go on as I have a lot of work lol. we came to relax but the rooms are zero sound Proof so you can hear a lot of noise, we asked the manager nicely to cancel the reservation and charge the fee for the night we stayed, she refused and was nice to upgrade us to a suite for one night then we had to go back to the small noisy room the next night claiming we booked the cheapest room, even though it should be sound proof, not because you booked a small room, you will not get the confort and kind of pushed to booked higher category, the room was small but not a problem at all, its the noise and the walk with high hills back from restaurants or party that was not good so we wanted to move to something more centric, ( be aware cars do not reach the raid and its a good 10 minutes walk that sound small but its large)

Incredible experience! Great attention to detail and exceptional service. Restaurant in the hotel is also really really good! Massive thanks to Sarah on the reception that made us feel very welcomed, to Nidal and Simo at the restaurant that have provided incredible service! Will be definitely coming back!

It was incredible. Beautiful design / loved the mix of Italian and Moroccan. The staff were absolutely wonderful. So attentive. The welcome was really useful where you get a lovely tea/ nibbles & a member of staff talks you through the map of the Medina & then a tour of the Riad itself.

great location, an oasis of calm surrounded by chaos. staff were superb
they didnt inform us beforehand that the drinks bar was closed due to the Batmans day off, so no gin and tonics available

This is an amazing riad, its beautiful and the staff are lovely and cannot do enough to help! The breakfast was delicious and really high quality, the restaurant is lovely and has a really special feel. I cant rate this riad more highly!

It is a gorgeous place nearby everything you want to do or need at your stay in Marrakech yet so very peaceful, quiet and luxury at the same time.
The staff is just wonderful, the food is perfect and the Spa is amazing.
one of the stafmembers didnt like to work at the rooftop and was very grumpy when you ordered something being there.
