The staff (Moroccan woman) doesn't speak French or English. The shown price was E45, but the final price was E60, which includes the cleaning fee. This cleaning fee is not clearly described in the booking paper. It's totally fake not to show the total amount including clearning fee, and i wont stay in this hotel with this insincere description.

The property has everything you need to be comfortable during your stay. The house keeper is very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The property is close to some really nice restaurants so its easy to dine out without having to take a taxi. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent location near all the main touristic attractions, many shops local to apartment. Khadija was very friendly and provided an excellent service, she even helped me with taxi to airport good communication with owner comfortable room with all necessities required available.

The appartement has everything you need in a quiet neighbourhood 'new part' of Marrakech. Khadija welcomed us warmly and was very helpful. Also the owner updated us with the needed information. Khadija also helped us to book a hammam as a couple which we loved. I highly recommend this place.

When i booked the place i found out that it is also available for those who smoke. I doubted first if i should cancel. But i was happy I didn't. You don't smell any smoke. Very clean place.

The owner is responsive and provided all information I needed to make my stay in Marrakesh comfortable. He's always available for any query and he has arranged my transport from and to the airport. The host is gracious and was there to meet me on arrival. The location is within walking distance to famous attractions. There are restaurants, cafs, and shops nearby.
