Good location, clean, comfortable.

Apartment was spacious and in a great location- very easy access for excursion pick up and easy walk to lots of restaurants and souks. Breakfast was reasonably priced and more than enough food. Hassan was a great host - very friendly and accommodating. We extended our stay an extra day but made the mistake of extending it through Booking.com instead of directly with Miramare. Caused some confusion but were able to sort it out.

Room was quite clean and beds were comfortable, better than expected as we were in the centre just few metres from the market. The "patio" or balcony was dirty and can't be really used to stay, just to quickly smoke if you have to, as it's really crowded in the streets and quite smokey. They helped us get a safe covered parking for the staying. A/C and fridge provided was working good.

Very good location right in the middle of the city, staff friendly and helpful, room adequate., very reasonably priced.

We had a very pleasant experience. Before we arrived, Aziz, the host, messaged to explain that we were staying at the sister hotel around the corner from Miramere. We were pleased when we arrived as it was a little off the main road and I imagine quieter than Miramere would be. We had 2 interconnected rooms, one had a double and 2 singles, the other had a single bed with 2 sofas, kitchenette and shower room. The beds were a little too firm for our liking, but that is down to preference. Kitchenette had everything we needed to sort ourselves with snacks and drinks throughout our stay. It would have been a struggle to cook an entire meal in there but we didn't plan to do this. We stayed for 4 nights and then went to an all inclusive for 4 nights. This worked well for us as we did the sight seeing and excursions booked on booking.com and was never too far from a meeting point to do these activities, find a restaurant to eat at or shop in a Souk etc. It was quite noisy in the area at night time, but that is to be expected when staying in the middle of the city and we anticipated this. For the price we paid it was excellent value for money in a brilliant location where you could walk to many sight seeing areas near by. It took us a couple of days to find the Kasbah where you can get excellent streetfood for amazing prices. The pool was very cold so we only had a couple of cold dunks to cool us down after being in the heat all day, but I didn't have huge expectations of the pool because it looked small on the photos and it was small. The roof terrace was lovely to go and escape from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech with a spot to sunbath or a shaded area to escape the sun too. We didn't opt for breakfast as we had several excursions that included traditional Berber breakfast anyway. The days when we weren't out for breakfast we found a boulangarie that did the best pastries only a few minutes walk away.

It said had a pool, no pool there, I did feel like I was in a prison to be honest window opened to a staircase,very central, no kettle, no batteries in tv, staff very friendly, it was not a place I would stay again,

Firstly this apartment boasted there was am 8nfinaty pool . There's n9 swimming pool only if you want to use one miles up the road

It's absolutely value for money... Location is extremely good, right in the centre old Medina.

It was truly a great apartment and met our expectations perfectly. Communication with the owner was excellent.
