Disappointing
Staff were helpful. Man serving breakfast was lovely and brought breakfast to our room twice.
Easy access to new shopping developments - high end area of Marrakech with lots of restaurants and designer shops. (5 min walk)
Room was very dated. Patio doors didn’t close properly. Room was cold.
One plug in heated hob so you couldn’t really cook anything. No kettle.
Some loose plugs hanging from wall.
Bathroom not very nice.

Very good value. View of wood with birdsong. Hob kettle kitchen area. Good linen. Spacious.
Next to historic site where Churchill painted.
Hot shower. Comfy bed.

The location. Close to coffee shops and restaurants and transportation
Room, beds, linen, towels very old and bathroom sink and stand up shower clogged and outdated I stayed 3 nights couldn’t take a shower :(

The location was ok, check-in was easy, apartment was spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The air conditioners were technically working but failed to cool the room, making for a terrible night, especially with a child who couldn’t sleep for most of it until the room naturally became cooler in the early morning.
The property was not clean; there were flies, and the bathrooms had not been properly cleaned. It seemed that cleanliness was not a priority for the hotel, and the place felt more like a run-down apartment.

The location is great. Direct 5 min walk to the downtown strip
The security for keys was a little questionable for me. You have to leave them at the front desk when you walk around town and they just leave them in a pile for you to grab your key again. The breakfast is a joke though. Bread, bread, bread, and a boiled egg.

The location was very convenient. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. If we ever come back, we'll most likely stay in this hotel again.
The level of cleanliness leaves much to be desired. If not for this, I'd give it 10/10 points. Overall it was a good experience and great value for money, but this only drawback really diminishes the impression of such a nice hotel.

The stay was ok. We reached late in the evening and the staff at reception was not at all helpful. Rather than welcoming us, we had a tough time with the person at reception as he argued with us over the payment. We were told that the payment could be accepted via machine and were not prepared for cash at the middle of the night. It took a long time and he finally agreed that we could pay the next day as we stayed there for 3 nights.
The people during the rest of our stay were helpful, and helped us make the payment as appropriate.
