The property was so quite and calm i even got time all by myself at the pool and i really enjoyed it
There was some problems with the card key for the door it couldn’t close from outside and that put of it but they gave me a key to my room so i was so happy by the action they took

Last time I booked in this hotel, one worker was doing several tasks at the same time, and this affects the quality of service. The workers are making a great effort, but the problem is in management .
A group of problems occurred with customers and the manager did not come to solve them. I only thank the employees

I liked the breakfast and the swimming pool.
The staff was nice and there was a working AC in the room
My room had water leakage that was ignored by the administration also my room was directly in front of the street, that means the whole traffic noise was coming through and I barely could have a nice sleep. The windows are not noise proof. There were barely any kind of choices regarding food.
Also not even a fridge where you can put your drinks.

I went into pool even though they were doing work around it very nice size an twinkling glowing lights . The actual room was very spacious had caravensi style seating in a large living area balcony with chairs an table large an desk power points an even kitchenette corridor an large length mirrors built in wardrobes two single beds making a double with blankets in cupboard an lamps an window with view . Not too far at all from the gare for trains an hamman over the road whereby I made use of my first time in Marrakesh the staff were lovely if I wanted a coffee with milk or cans of pop an stored my stuff whilst I went an had a look around Marrakesh in the day before I left for fez this is truly a great place an I encountered no problems the beds were made room clean the foyer was nice an could sit an wait . A pussy cat thought so too .

Value/accomodation performance was outstanding. One can realise that this is not a super luxury accomodation (and no one says that), for a sleeping, relaxing (our room, or more precisely apartment, had a kitchenette) was sufficient. Our "apartment" was clean, quiet, with a view into inner block (on a pool). Hotel has a qreat location (cca 2-3 mins from a hotel there is a bus stop), 10 mins away there is a main railway station. Breakfast was super. I must highlight that a receptionist gave us a room card even if we did not pay instantly (due to malfunction of POS terminal). We could store our things in the room and pay a bit later. Also a local hotel kitty cat was very nice!
Some plugs were damaged and overused (some very loose enough from the wall).

Staff presented externally friendly, offer of breakfast was of poor standards.
Dining room chairs presented dirty upholstery needed a good clean.
Avoid at all costs if you value your safety, I checked out within 24 hours after, I arrived. Be aware don’t stay here.
