Many things disappointing in this hotel: 1) Restaurant: there is no restaurant in the hotel and only one in neighbourhood. The reception (small space about 15 square meters) is transformed in the morning and in the evening to a restaurant room to serve food. During that time there is no privacy while we were sitting for food because tables are squeezed in that small space. 2) Breakfast: the breakfast is what some Western "Two Stars hotels" serve in the morning. There are very limited food choices and same everyday. It is meant to be a buffet but the choices are only different sorts of bread. Eggs are provided on request but it takes time to prepare boiled eggs for many clients. No veggies and no variety of fruits despite the large variety of fruits in Morocco at that season (April). 3) Food options in the hotel are very limited and disappointing. None for lunch. For dinner, there are 3 choices and same every day. We end up going out for dinner in the restaurant next door but this choice is because there is no other option. We just feel trapped there. This was not fanny to end up with limited choices for enjoying dinner. 4) Something very dangerous especially for elderlies: there is no light between the reception and the entrance of corridor leading to the rooms. To our surprise we had to use a Flashlight to circulate until the stairs where there is an automated lighting system that only ignite ON when we were inside the corridor. In case of rain it is slippery. 5) Parking: the hotel claims free parking but there are only very few slots (max 5 slots). 6) Water in the room: None 7) Room: The room allocate (with upgrade) was a studio but the bedroom is very tight. It was the queen bad with less than a meter from each side. I think that was the most smallest room I ever had in my travels. 8 Room amenities: Very weak room amenities and toiletries. No coffee machine (or tea), no coffee kits (tea bags, coffee, sugar), no slippers, old bathrobes and towels.

I wish the gym and spa areas had been completed by the time I visited. It is a great place to spend the whole day!

The on-site restaurant didn’t open every day which caused an issue. The facilities in the apartment need upgraded to allow for home cooking.
