Lovely place, we came when it was a bit cold so most things were close and also in Ramadan, but the staff made a nice dinner for us! The chef is top.
Mereim and Mouad welcome us and also arranged early breakfast for us. Thanks so much for all. We will come back.

We had a wonderful stay as a couple during ramadan, the hotel staff were very kind and attentive . They kindly delivered both iftar and suhoor to our room , which made our stay very comfortable and special. The room was clean, peaceful, and well maintained .

The staff (Mariam, Abdelilah, Mustapha, and Lyna) were very responsive. They helped find me meds when I caught a cold at night and were very informative whenever I asked about something. I also got a great room.
I wish the gym and spa areas had been completed by the time I visited. It is a great place to spend the whole day!

The staff are fantastic - very helpful, attentive and react quickly to requests. Tariq was 1st class in his demeanor and friendliness. A credit to your hotel and the other staff too.
The on-site restaurant didn’t open every day which caused an issue. The facilities in the apartment need upgraded to allow for home cooking.
