The staff (Mariam, Abdelilah, Mustapha, and Lyna) were very responsive. They helped find me meds when I caught a cold at night and were very informative whenever I asked about something. I also got a great room.
I wish the gym and spa areas had been completed by the time I visited. It is a great place to spend the whole day!

The staff are fantastic - very helpful, attentive and react quickly to requests. Tariq was 1st class in his demeanor and friendliness. A credit to your hotel and the other staff too.
The on-site restaurant didn’t open every day which caused an issue. The facilities in the apartment need upgraded to allow for home cooking.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again, it was an excellent experience. The hotel is peaceful, intimate, and perfectly positioned at a remove from the city chaos.
The sweeping view with breathtaking natural scenes offers a peaceful atmosphere, conducive to relaxation and introspection.
I would like to thank the entire hotel crew for making our stay so wonderful. A great thank goes to Tarek, the waiter, who was more than nice, professional, and helpful.
I will definitely come back and again use this hotel.
