I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, especially the team near the pool and the gentleman from the Oasis restaurant — they were always smiling and helpful. The food was very good, and the breakfast had a nice variety.
The only small issue I noticed was that the housekeeping sometimes forgot to replace shower amenities and tissues, so I had to call a few times to ask for them. Other than that, everything was great, and I had a very pleasant experience overall.

Good and easy parking and an efficient layout to reach all the rooms, pool, and breakfast

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms clean, great buffet breakfast and made to order omelettes, the beach bar had good international food and a nice vibe. This is a nice Moroccan hotel with a local and down to earth feeling. Location great! In international standards I would rate this as a nice 3+ to 4 star hotel. I did spa treatments (Hammam, wax and mani/pedi), everyone was nice and professional, once again this is a local and down to earth feeling. Reading people’s comments, if you want to stay at a true 5 star hotel than you go to Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental, and those that know, know that!
I would agree with others that the manicure and pedicure treatment could be improved.

We had a wonderful vacation at this hotel. The quality of service was excellent, and the cleanliness throughout the property was impressive. A special mention goes to Brahim at the main gate – his kindness, professionalism, and warm welcome truly made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a friendly atmosphere!

Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean with a beautiful view of the pool. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and the service was excellent. Pools are big and nice !
the fridge in our room wasn’t working which made things a bit inconvenient especially it was hot and we like our drinks cold.
Also the sink was clogged which was a bit annoying.

Location is really nice, calm surroundings, shopping center is near by, few very nice local restaurants just over the street. Amazing hotel's garden and pool.
The Lady waiter in the bar was amazing! :)
Housekeeping 3 days in a row we're forgetting to put new towels (used towels they took) so we come back at 10pm in the room and have to call reception to get towels....
The terrace had a nice pool view but it's not cozy at all, so large, nothing on it expect to plastic chairs, no sun protectors, we didn't really enjoy on the terrace. Definitely can be improved for 5-star hotel.
Also it was quite noise, bad isolation, we could literally hear every move that happen around us.
Coffe on the breakfast was not so good taste and quality, really old machines.
European 5-star price, but not European 5-star service.

Poor
Very dated, carpets in hallways, & towels handed out round the pool were thread bear. Food was awful, not much to choose from, bird muck on chair in food hall, dinner plate place mats were dirty. I paid for half board, this was a bad choice on my part, breakfast was very limited & lunch was even less to choose from, no Buffett, just a menu with only 2 main meal options. Was probably a nice hotel 20 years ago!

The staff are friendly and super attentive! Massive thanks to Hassan, the entertainer at the pool for accompanying my teenager son with tennis, table tennis playing! He has been awesome and made my teenage son feel so welcomed to use all the tennis and table tennis facilities . Loved the music he played at the pool too!
