A breakfast was prepaid and I made a request to provide me with takeaway breakfast as the tour bus picked me up at 6 a.m. Management refused giving me a breakfast or cup of coffee.

The staff was super friendly. I had reserved 2 suites but they told me they are not safe after the earthquake and the experts do not allow them to accomodate people there so they changed them to standard double rooms, which had nothing in common with these. We were compensated with great dinner. The pool was also amazing.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. We booked this for 5 days & unfortunately the hotel is not as it seems. It is in an unsafe location, no excursions pick you up from this area. Our room looked out onto rubble / rubbish & dirt. The staff did not appear friendly & kitchen smelled. Room was ok, bathroom smelled and not clean.
It was in a very unsafe location, no safety around the hotel. Miles away from shops to get water etc, lots of homeless people lying on the street of the hotel. Dirty & smelled.

Actually i didn't find anything to like starting from the staff ending with the food that was really sooo poor for its value i can't immagine that we had to keep looking for water that was not there and after we asked we got a bottle for three we were shocked after leaving that they charged us for it 6times its price its unbelievable.
I didn't like the breakfast it was the minimum of the minimum and not good( baghreer, malwi) was horrible as if i ate it in another country not Morocco.
The staff in the breakfast are friendly but the reception people they are unprofessional they are two of them male and female.
The location of the place is very bad and far from everything if you do not have a car i don't recommend it at all.

it seemed homey
too far from the center.
staff seemed friendly at first but when given criticism they were very defensive. Also I am not sure but it seemed as though two staff members were laughing at me after my massage. I would not recommend this hotel as the money spent on it is not worth it

Except for the pool, the pictures on booking for this hotel it not reflecting the actual room! I regret booking at this place. Was looking a peace of mine, but I receive a headache instead. For the same price, there better!
Nothing like the picture, il false representation. The night a came, there was people that saied the same thing I writting now!
