Exceptional
Great location—close to the Medina but without the noise. The moment you step away from the hustle and pass through the entrance, you’re instantly in relaxation mode, surrounded by the fragrance of orange blossoms and a sense of tranquility.
I loved my room, especially the extra patio space. There are curtains for privacy if you want it, or you can simply relax in the comfortable lounge seating area.
The hospitality was excellent, with a lovely welcome drink upon arrival. I arrived early and noticed the room being cleaned very thoroughly, which was reassuring. The staff are friendly and make you feel right at home.
I will definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to Marrakech.

The staff was really friendly. They helped with a lot. The location is good. There was a pool we could use. The water pressure was good. The AC was also great.
The lighting in the bathroom was horrible. You can’t see anything when putting on makeup. Even the lighting in the room left something to be desired. There is no conditioner provided. I believe it’s only shampoo and shower gel or maybe it was shampoo and lotion and soap of course. No washcloth either but that’s not unusual for Morocco.

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The pool was heated, although we didn't use it due to the weather.
Location is ok, although the alley leading to the main door seemed run down, we never felt unsafe. The manager was very helpful to book the transfer to the airport.
Facilities overall need a refresh, much of the resort feels worn down. The staff, although friendly, didn't speak much English and were wearing dirty uniforms. The biggest drawback for us was that we paid premium prices for a room that wasn't clean (at arrival we found more hairs from other people in the room, floors and beds, than I care to remember). The shower didn't drain the first night and only 1 of us was able to shower, but it was promptly fixed for the next day.

Breakfast was very good - fresh foods, made to order items, plentiful; staff was helpful with information and arranging taxis; spa had a very well trained and kind staff though facility was cramped for multiple customers; pool was clean and warm, towels for lounges were always available. Overall, a very pleasant place, well located, clean. Older facility that was not modernized to the point that it still felt authentic but far from dilapidated. Perfect for the Medina experience
Availability of lunch and dinner was not clear - there was an a la carte menu but never saw anyone in the dining room past breakfast.

Very chilled place with a lovely pool and riad setting. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The SPA was very nice and relaxing.
It was in a northern part of the medina so was a bit of a walk (20-30 mins) through the souks to the centre - but this was quite an interesting walk so did not cause any problems.

Beautiful, spacious rooms. Big bathroom, inside and outside terrace overlooking the central courtyard with big pool. Good breakfast. Near to the souks and restaurants. Near Le Jardin Secrey!
The pool was heated so it wasn’t refreshing. This made is difficult to sunbathe in the beautiful central courtyard which was disappointing. Didn’t like seeing the birds confined to tiny cages.

The pool is a great place to relax away from the medina. It’s tranquil and gets the sun.
The service was great and it felt very safe. Ahmed and his team were lovely, very helpful with advice and booking things, and made the trip very special. The room was large and spacious, clean and the shower products nice. The private outdoor space by the rooms by the pool was an added bonus. Taxis were really easy and there was a shop and ATM close by. The 24 hour reception was also good to have. We’ll be back!

The property was quite worn out. The sink in our room was mouldy. The mattress was very very hard which caused my back to hurt. Breakfast was decent and the pool area was nice. The staff were helpful and polite. The location of the Road is in the old town which can be a super busy area.
