The rooms were clean and comfortable
The pool was constantly freezing cold and the food from the pool bar was below par, the burgers constantly came out raw. Not just mine but other people in our group.

Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable with a nice pool. Although the hotel is full, it is calm and relaxing. The location is very convenient with shopping mall, nice restaurant and supermarket within walking distance. It is a short taxi ride away from the tourist attractions. It is within pickup area of all tours.

Lot of insects in the bed and they dont trait you well bad hospitality at all and room service took more half hour to answer

told the hotel before hand I'm checking in straight after my wedding, room wasn't decorated, not even a simple card congratulating us , for a 4th star hotel its very disappointing for sure.

The hotel was in a very good location, and there was parking nearby. The breakfast was quite good as well. It was just a pity that the pool was not heated.

The hotel is located in the center of Marrakech, opposite the opera. The hotel has a swimming pool, sun beds, pool towels, which provide an opportunity to relax at any time of the day. As well as a delicious and rich breakfast and good prices at the pool bar. It should be noted - excellent customer service.

Clean, friendly staff.
No air conditioning between February and May so our room got warm at night as it’s impossible to keep windows open because of noise. Pillows too hard. Basically sleep was not good

Conveniently located hotel. Accessible to buses of different routes, taxi, ATM, ONCF railway station.
Hotel stored our luggage upon arrival. Thanks to them.
We rebooked the hotel while we came back to Marrakech on our way back to home & will book it again in future visits to Marrakech.

Very Good
Friendly staff, they upgraded our room for free to much quiter zone with pool view. Room was clean, tasty breakfast was included
The elevators are very old and we almost got stuck in one of them. Also the bathroom smell and from the room, some has smoked before us in the room and the smell was persistent
