Wonderful
Conveniently located hotel. Accessible to buses of different routes, taxi, ATM, ONCF railway station. Hotel stored our luggage upon arrival. Thanks to them. We rebooked the hotel while we came back to Marrakech on our way back to home & will book it again in future visits to Marrakech.

Friendly staff, they upgraded our room for free to much quiter zone with pool view. Room was clean, tasty breakfast was included
The elevators are very old and we almost got stuck in one of them. Also the bathroom smell and from the room, some has smoked before us in the room and the smell was persistent

Good value for money near the main train station. Staff were very pleasant, dinner (with wine) and breakfast buffet were wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to be near the train station.
There was an event (this was the weekend) which meant noise until the early hours of the morning. Bring earplugs.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, convenient underground parking, good breakfast, welcoming lobby, and good housekeeping service.
The hotel clearly needs a full renovation. Although the rooms are spacious and clean, they are outdated and require upgrading. We are in 2025, yet the bathroom door needs replacement, and the balcony door does not close properly. The noise insulation is very poor, making it feel like sleeping on the street due to outside noise.

We stayed at this hotel in Marrakesh for just one night, as it was conveniently located near the train station for our trip to Tangier the next day. Even though our stay was short, it was truly great. We were traveling with our 2-year-old son, and the hotel was very comfortable and accommodating for our family. The swimming pool area was a wonderful surprise—spacious, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day of travel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a smooth and restful stopover. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. It was the perfect way to start our day before heading to the train. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making check-in easy and ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. For anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay near the Marrakesh train station, this hotel is a perfect choice. We were very happy with our experience!

The suite is good, but it is too expensive. The staff at the breakfast section is very helpful and serviceable, especially al-Mahdi who went above and beyond in helping and bringing the food to the table.
The staff at the reception did not answer any calls made from the room. I called them to send someone to help me bringing down the luggage, but they were not picking up the phone. I then decided to bring them down myself, but first I had to go to the parking garage to drive the car to the front of the hotel. When I went back to my room to pick up the luggage, I was surprised to find out that the key card was disabled. I had to go down again to the reception to enable it. It was a waste of time.
