Clean, location was great and the food is really nice.

Location to Railway Station and swimming pool area. Breakfast OK
Noise from cats in the stairwell.
Room air conditioning is very substandard.
Very rude checkout lady - demanded we wait while someone goes up to our room to check minibar - we said we had nothing and they dont trust you even though they hold our credit card details.
Hotel is dated and in need of a refurbishment but clean.

Great value for money, this hotel was in the perfect location. The staff upgraded our room to a suite and we couldnt have been any happier, it completely made our trip! There was variety for breakfast, the rooms were clean and the location is perfect as it is very central. I will definitely be staying there again and would recommend.

The two spaces of the attractive bar were dominated by big screen football matches in which I personally had no interest and spoilt the ambiance so I avoided it and noticed other guests walked in and out again quite quickly perhaps feeling the same.

I liked the location. It was right across the Theater and next to a train station. The pictures on booking looked exactly the same as the actual situation.
Although I dont mind there was no entertainment, the swimming pool was a little boring. But really that's up to taste.

I loved the attention and friendliness of the stand, the location is in a great neighborhood with excellent restaurants around it, the area is very staff , I walked around at night without any problems. Although it's about an 8-minute drive or 40-minute walk from the center, my girlfriend and I walked several times to explore the city and it was very pleasant. Breakfast was hassle-free and very complete, the pool was great for Marrakech. I really liked that they prepared a breakfast box for us because we had to leave very early for our flight.
