The location was great but was just about the only good thing about the place. It's really well located in Gueliz close to restaurants, parks and airport. Lots of taxis around which was handy. The adult bed was extra large and surprisingly comfortable and the size of the room was good for a family of 4. The night staff was more friendly than the staff during the day. Having stayed at a riad previously which was spotless and the staff were so attentive and always ready to help, also offered complimentary water, it felt that this was a bit overpriced (60 for 1 night for a family room).
The cleanliness of the bathroom. I could tell the place had been cleaned but they missed a spot as there was a bit of sick by the toilet... There was no complimentary water either. The staff were a bit patronizing and didn't help with the suitcases, then later on refused that my dad come upstairs with me (he wasn't staying at this hotel but we'd put his bags in our room while we were waiting for his room to be available at another nearby place) the hotel manager said he needed to stay downstairs and I would have to bring the suitcases down by myself (bearing in mind he could see I had my baby with me....). There were only two sun loungers by the pool for the whole hotel. No travel cot for my baby even though I had booked for a child + an infant. I think it's misleading and dangerous as my baby then had to sleep in my own bed and cosleeping can be dangerous.

Staff were so kind and helpful, it turned into a real home from home for us (mother and two children). Fantastic location, close to supermarket, shops and restaurants. Easy walk to The Medina. Breakfast delicious, good variety of food options. Pool area great, sun pretty much all day. Some might say that the hotel needs updating, perhaps the bathroom areas, but that didnt bother us at all, we loved how traditional it was, all areas are clean and well maintained. Room was ideal, good size for three people, clean, beds comfy, spacious bathroom. Overal decor of the hotel was charming, the lounge areas a pleasure to spend time in.

Was a nice traditional style gave a true moroccan feel.nice and clean lots of places around to eat .and a roof terrace for breakfast at sunrise .
Only thing I'd change was maybe softer pillows but that's being fussy if I had to think of something.

The bed was nice and the room was clean. The staff were friendly, didn't interact a lot with them though. A decent hotel, nothing more, nothing less.
The breakfast was just a bunch of sweets and some basic cereal. Not the best by any means, but OK. You're better off having breakfast at one of the many cafs in the area. Also, the showers weren't the best.

Very unique hotel and could take in proper Moroccan architecture! Amazing rooms and designs! Great location and super friendly staff! Loved it! Would so come back!

Convinent location and works fine for a quick trip. There was no breakfast when I visited.
Staff was kind of awkward. My friends ran into another friend and she came over. We were gonna add her to the reservation but it wasnt possible in the same room so we asked if she could just come change in the room and then leave and they were very upset with that idea and tracked us all as we left for dinner.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice neighbourhood.
Cleanliness could be better. All the sheets and towels have stains on them and don't get replaced during the stay. The beds and pillows are pretty bad and not very comfortable.
