Very Poor
This was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had in Morocco. Our reservation was canceled even though my husband and I are not Moroccan citizens, but the receptionist insisted on refusing us service. I believe he was expecting a bribe. I advise people not to go there because the staff will invent countless excuses to extort money from customers.

Pictures on booking are very old not real for this time. Kitchen empty no equipment available no spoon no plates no cups nothing. Do you believe elevator is not working so we have to use stairs on 4th floor !!!!!!! Only elevator that work is staff elevator and is very very small. Price is very expensive for what we got , rooms have very old furniture, we are not happy with this hotel, with the price that we paid we can better service and better and fancy rooms

Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was responsive and friendly. Breakfast was good.
The air conditioning did not work the first day and the balcony doors did not close which freaked me out until I realized it was in fact quite safe.

I liked also the availability of the small super market inside the hotel.

Relatively close both to the airport, train station, and Medina; well located, clean, quiet, and comfortable (I’m rather puzzled by the naysayers negative comments, maybe one of us were lucky, or unlucky?), but most of all the price is quite reasonable…

The location
The room was not as in the pictures. Doors are not closing easily (both room and toilet doors). Kitchen poorly equipped. The hotel does not deserve 4 stars

Proximity, the cleaning staff, swimming pool maintenance, wifi, reception was okay, etc
Facilities needs revamped, get new good TVs and sofas.
The fact that none of your staff returned the cash (£40) I lost in your grocery store area or just by walking in the swimming pool area, gives me a negative vibe of trust.

I could say the location and the WiFi.
It was rouble because we arrived late evening and had to check out afternoon. At the same time we experienced drilling operations above the apartment. So I had to come down the reception to complain about the and he promised me to stop the operation. After 30 minutes, they resumed the operation and forced me to come down again to the reception. At that time they offered an alternative apartment in another building. After we got up and switched the apartment we discovered another drillin operations also.
Thus, I highly doubt NOT recommend this king of professionalism.
