Great location for Medina and Souks. Friendly, efficient and professional staff. Food variety in main buffet restaurant was good on each individual lunch and dinner but it did become a little samey after a few days. Breakfast selection was fair but could do with a few more cereals. The whole resort was kept nice and clean. Bar staff were brilliant, especially in main bar, at keeping drinks topped up and they got to know what you liked.
Bed was extremely hard. Pool towels were old and could do with replacing.

Friendly staff, room cleaned well, great choice of food, decent wine.
Jacuzzi seemed to have lots of issues, maintenance called twice and no instructions on our wall vs neighbours.

The location of the hotel is excellent, it is a 10 minute walk to Medina and Souks. The food choice was excellent as you could choose between traditional Moroccan dishes and European food. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. Everyone is super friendly and happy to help out where they can, including the TUI reps. There is entertainment on most nights so if you dont want to leave the hotel you dont need to. There are 2 pools, one where there is daily activities and a relaxing one, both pool areas are spotless!

Location and staff make this a good resort. Ahmed The Barman is an exceptional bartender and asset to Tui Blue Medina Gardens. He was quick with your drink and readily shared tips on local attractions.
Food very basic but will feed you. Not the staffs fault, they did well with what they had to work with.

Great location close to the Medina and Koutoubia Mosque
Battle to get a sun bed by the main pool and people reserving sun beds with a towel and not using them all day. Although breakfast is from 7am the full range of food is not always available until later.
