We didn't stay at this location because we decided to upgrade to Prestigia Apartments. When we got to the location, a lot of construction was underway. The neighborhood is dusty, dirty, and a bit loud. The apartment looked nice, but because of the construction, we couldn't open the windows or enjoy our balcony.
The upgrade was more expensive for us, but we were very happy. Prestigia Apartments are very nice, with a nice pool, a gated community, and a golf course.

Mohamed is very hospitable, he brought us everything we needed and was very helpful. The apartment is in a great location that’s quiet but close walking distance to the Medina.

The price of our stay was pretty good. Also the staff was responsive and they let us store our bags there after the check out untill we left for the airport.
The property was a 30 min walk from the medina. Unfortunatlly they didn't leave any toilet paper nor shower gel, which was inconvenient. Also the kitchen didn't look that great, the whole apartment is in a need of a renovation or deep clean.

Location not far from the bazaar , cofee shop was local as where a few shops .
The location, Rachid was Quick to respond to any enquiry and made sure we where comfortable, Thankyou Dounia for looking after our baggage while we where out , highly recommend this place ,

Disappointing
I enjoyed the views and the quietness around the area. The hosts are responsive when it comes to bringing more items such as blankets and bins. However, honestly, these are supposed to be there prior to our arrival.
The hosts are quite slow in responses. E.g. the wifi here is extremely laggy and unstable, and when we told the hosts that it didn't work well, we received no responses. E.g. the cooker hood was broken, and my report was ignored. The room is not as clean as we thought, and multiple cooking devices were defective; the wifi is a big issue. The host fixed it somehow, and it became worse again, and the hosts couldn't tell us either how to fix it or be responsive to our concerns.

"I had a pleasant stay at this accommodation. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. Mr. Badr provided exceptional hospitality throughout my stay. Occasionally, they may change the apartment from the one shown in the booking photos, but there's no need to worry as all their apartments are clean, spacious, and safe."

Very Poor
H24 guard and parking in front of the entrance. Prime video and netflix free. 15 Min walk to the Medina.
From the information on booking the flat was supposed to be in a very residential location. Instead the owner gave me a different address, near the cemetery.
The room was dirty, on the sofa shoe marks and stains of dubious origin. I also found a dead fly on a sofa cushion. On a carpet another insect was wandering around the house.
The shower dirty and full of mould, with the shutters almost broken..The water heater badly arranged.
Greasy kitchen and cupboards...I had to ask for soap to clean everything....
Stained bed sheets....
Every now and then a cat will visit you in front of the front door asking to come in (if it doesn't sneak in on its own).
The owner welcomes you in his 'office' full of stuff, mattresses, sheets, plastic bags.
He doesn't know a word of English...only Arabic or French...if you have to rent to tourists I think it's a minimum to know English.
