Great stay at Riad Green Vines. Good location in the Marrakech Medina, close to the souks and main place. Breakfast was great (served ln the terrace, so chilly in the February mornings)
When our flights got moved by the airline, we had to shift our stay by a day to the left (months early) Inquired with staff and told we could move without charge, but when executed, it did cost us a significant difference, which somehow the staff couldn’t change. Outside of this, the communications were good.

Cute & tiny riad but it has all you need, in heart of Medina - easy access to everywhere. Great Moroccan breakfast in the rooftop. Staff was very friendly and helpful :)

The room was beautifully done, clean and the bathroom was very spacious. We had problems with the water pressure that were resolved quickly. The breakfast was amazing.
We had to pay 5% extra charge in order to pay by card which was never communicated to us before neither by the hotel or on booking.com.

This is by far, one of the best host I've ever had. The place is well located and the room is nice, A/C works great, it has a nice view in the terrace for the sunset. As a woman traveling solo, having hosts that provided me with all the information, tours, help, instructions, etc... 24/7 communication, kindness, tips even on how to request services like taxis for best prices... it was just like being at home and having someone taking care of you.

Fatima & eamon where fantastic, from the moment I arrived, they were super welcoming, the rooms were small but clean and comfortable, the interior of the riad is beautiful, breakfast was very good and WiFi, in a central location very minimal walking distance to the centre and the markets

- The person who checked me in was super friendly and welcoming!
- All the ladies who I came across were very friendly. The lady who served breakfast stood out the most - super super friendly and attentive.
- The breakfast was hearty and delicious!
- However, it was super cold in the room. The AC didn’t work - it was blowing cold air. I had to wear all the clothes I had and cover myself with my jacket. I subsequently got ill as I’ve sent the whole night in a concrete box with no heating.
- The room had a tiny little door and no noise isolation whatsoever.
- I overheard the neighbours who came home late and were very loud. They also started using hairdryer in the middle of the night. Clearly they were trying to warm up as it was running for at least an hour nonstop. They were Spanish ladies, I believe. Someone else from another room kept coming to the room next to mine and making even more noise. The power went off at some point, clearly because of hairdryer being overused which probably caused the power to shut down.
I won’t recommend this hotel, despite the staff being so lovely and friendly.

The staff was absolutely incredible. Muhammed was a great host and addressed everything i needed. He was also down to earth and interested in having friendly conversations. The breakfast was fantastic and the service staff were really lovely, one of them even found my wallet i had dropped which was such a lovely kindness—it made my trip!
Bed could have been a little softer but honestly that’s only if you’re twisting my arm for something.

It is a cute riad with a nice rooftop terrace with lots of space and comfortable seating. For me 2 nights in the Medina were more than enough and I stayed in Gueliz afterwards. More quiet and much bigger riads for the same price.

Perfect location , very clean and comfortable. You have to be ready that it will be loud all the time. Its because of riads structure and location. If you don’t like it choose different kind of property and location
