Firstly this is Advertised as a hotel room when it is in actual fact a Tent
I Did not like Anything
the Owner is A Horrible Racist
whom is Oppresive Towards her own Staff
upon Religious & Cultural Grounds
I Assertained this after Detailed conversation & enquiries with Staff members
& Also By How She Treated Me As a Muslim Clientele
She is from France French Born & Bred
Complete Bigot & Racist individual
She Has Signs up Everywhere Condemning Muslim People & Muslim Religious & cultural practices
ie People Whom Want To Cover Their Bodies & not Wear Shorts or A Bikini
Are Banned From Using the Area
I would Never have Stayed their if I Was previously Aware of this Fact
& just To Express & State very Clearly
this Resort is in Morocco Marrakech
Which is Predominantly A Muslim Country
So Oppresive Towards the Majority of people whom live there

The swimming pool is great, the rooms are comfy (kasbah)
The breakfast is just not eatable at all, one piece of industrial cake and coffee for 4...is just a big SCAM, they can offer better stuff while the htel is sooooo far from the city...
The tents are very very hot, no AC

Lovely spot to relax after a busy week travelling around Morroco. Lots of space to relax by the pool, or in the hammocks, or comfy square beds all around the gardens. Food and drink prices were reasonable.
The nomad tent was perfect for me, quite big, and a little set back from the bar area.
Note, as can be seen on maps, the location is a little way outside of marrakech and is a 100dh taxi in and out of the medina (200 dh to airport/train station) This is perfect though for chill vibes. It looks like a lot of the comments on booking have been addressed by the owners, I had no issues with wifi (strongest by the pool but still available in the tents), towels, food, etc.
Note - take cash! The credit card machine was not working whilst I was there.
Could do with some hand soap in the bathrooms.

The staff were very nice and friendly. My tire was broken, and he was very eager to get a mechanic over to fix my car. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are also very cool and enjoyable, and there were plenty of games for the kids.
The room wasn't what was shown in the pictures, the floor was hard tile and the place had not been cleaned very well. There is no hand soap, and the water did not run well when taking a shower. The location is far away from any city or village and the closest shop is 15 minute drive away. Also, the owner was quite rude to me and the only kind of food you're allowed there is fron their restaurant. For breakfast, they only give you breads and jam with a limited choice of drinks. Also, the swimming pool is open from 8am but the staff didn't start cleaning it until half 8. Wouldn't recommend.

"During my recent visit to Fes, I had the pleasure of staying at 'Dar El Moukhtar' in the historic Medina. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep throughout the property. The attention to details was evident from the moment I stepped in. The breakfast they offered was a true highlight a delightful array of options that catered to various tastes. The rooms were not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. One aspect that truly stood out was the value for money the pricing was reasonable considering the quality of service and the well-maintained facilities. For a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable stay in the heart of the Medina, I can confidently recommend 'Dar El Moukhtar'.

It Wasnt as good as I expected
First off
The receptionist was kinda rude
We wanted to stay a bit in the pool after the check out, she meanly refused and told us that we need to go
The deckchairs were filthy
Prices are not logical
Pool was not really clean
We were disappointed

Definitely I will stay again.
Little bit to far from the Medina in Marrakech, was difficult to go just to the town and come back quickly.
