Awful owner, like she was upset we have been coming on the end of her shift. Very unwelcome!!!!
Nice looking place, nice pool and bar staff.
Nice, spacy room but sooo dirty bathroom, with visible fungie on the walls, not recommend at all. No action from the management. They don't care about the tenants. At all. So please be sure if you see the price!!!! And you need a car.
Ahh another down, don't you think you can have there any first aid like toothpaste or any sun protection.... down down

It is a nice camping, far from the noises of the city. I enjoyed spending the night in the Tent de Luxe with my friends, and also the breakfast in the restaurant was OK. It is practical that they have a shop where you can buy bread, eggs and other things from baskets. The latters are not transparent, so I don't know what were the other options :-). I was surprised how packed the camping was with RV-s in the middle of February.
It's just an inconvenience for my European taste, that I would prefer to have a door on the bathroom instead of a curtain.

Great time staying at this place! All family members were very impressed! Excellent choice for families with kids.

It was quiet, good for chilling by the pool and reading, sunbathing and staying outside for an elopement. A bit far from the tourist attractions and also it is placed in an area which is now developing, so shops are not very close to it. The staff was very friendly and polite.
During December, quite cold in the room. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as expected.

Wonderful
Beautiful site, well tended gardens and pool. Very friendly and safe. Heating works well in the rooms.

Very Poor
The grounds were neat, there were things to do. There was hammocks strung in the trees, ping-pong, foosball, etc. The campground looked great, not a lot of privacy- but we stayed in the Kasba
Upon arrival the man working reception didn't speak much English (that is a me problem, not a concern with our stay) but when we had problems with our room we knew we could not communicate our concerns because we could barely get checked in with the language barrier.
Our room didn't feel clean, and there was a giant "white stain" on our bed that was disgusting to say the least. The beds were also very uncomfortable. The walls on the kasbah are very thin and the people in the kasbah next to ours were very loud and smoking in their room- and the smoke came into our room all night. I don't even know how so much smoke was able to get into our room. My sister and I had to sleep with clothes on our faces because we really disliked the smoke and it was keeping us up. To top it off, the neighbours were up having (loud) sex all night (until 5:30am) and we couldn't sleep. This ruined our hot air balloon ride the next day because we were very tired.
I was very excited to stay at this property, but was disappointed because of the neighbours and that the hotel knew they were an issue from the day before, but they didn't do anything about it. As well, I complained to the front desk in the morning and also sent a message to the manager via Booking.com and they apologized but offered no compensation for our troubles. I am disappointed and can't recommend the property, unless you are staying in your own RV.
