Breakfast was not bad . Location was excellent and suited me well . It is an old property partially refurbished .dinners are the restaurants were okok not great but staff and service were exceptional .
Breakfast room has no air and seemed tired and dated .

I had stayed at this hotel with friends in November 2023, and again found the property to be comfortable and very well appointed, and has beautiful, peaceful gardens and pool area. The facilities are as you would expect for this grade of hotel and in every way, apart from that noted below, our stay was a very pleasant one. The majority of the staff were polite, friendly and attentive. The food in the restaurant was fine, but not great, but the staff were excellent and the gentleman playing traditional music exceptional.
Whilst in the bar in the early evening, it was noted that a number of people had been waiting some 20 minutes to be served of to pay their bills. As this seemed strange I went to the reception desk to enquire. There was no one there, so called to a man in the back office. I asked why there had been nobody serving for the past 20 minutes, and was told that people were breaking their Ramadan fast. Now that I can understand - had this been made aware to the hotels guests; which it hadn't. I was spoken to as though I was dirt stuck on the bottom of the man's shoe. This I did not appreciate. I did raise the matter when checking out, and have subsequently suggested that a notice be left inform people to avoid this in the future. Whilst an apology was made, it is most unlikely that I would stay in this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone else.

Location and staff. Rooms were beautiful too.
We ate at the Moroccan inspired restaurant the man serving was rude the only member of staff we came across in the hotel that was like that. The food was cold and tasteless.
