Wonderful
Lovely place with nice helpful stuff and great water park for kids. every day they have different activities like a water polo, small bazaar or cooking classes.
Wi-Fi don’t really work by the water park.

Well, the food is so bad please dont pay the buffet and just walk 5minutes and you have amazing restaurants! Im still waiting for my invoice…. The room is good for 5 people but the waterpark is old and close super early!!!! you want to use after visit marrakesh and they close at 6pm…
The staff, the food and the waterpark…. but the good wins the price for worst food i ever tried!

The water park is good for the kids and thr room are big
I booked 2 rooms after I checked in i found one room not clean and the other one smells like kids pipi
Other things they need to work on is the night parties every night they gave same kind music (europian and American music) they’re not playing arabic music even most guest are arabi people i feel like this kind of rasism towards people who spaek arabic

Islem was a fantastic help, as were some of the serving staff (Hamza, especially).
The hotel felt a little tired and too many of the staff seemed disinterested (service without a smile is avoidable) I moved here from another hotel in Marrakech, which was much better (food, staff and facilities)

the staff were very welcoming
the rooms were moldy and very dusty the faucets were dripping water and the water came out the faucet brown the room triggered my allergies it was almost unbearable the kids pool was freezing cold.

Good food. Had a nice chat with restaurant waiter. Comfortable bed.
Leaking toilet.
No aircon due to time of year, so had to sleep with door open to a balcony where someone could have jumped over and accessed my room. Staff did not understand why I wanted to change my room (being a female sleeping alone in room). Over zealous restaurant managers.
Expensive hotel for what there was there.

The hotel was not what was described the only thing that was positive was the location
Where do we start, when we arrived we were not offered any refreshments, we were told to wait to get our room and were not able to have lunch or even a drink of water.
Our room, the safe was broken, the door to the bathroom to one of the rooms was also broken. My children’s bedroom the light fell of the wall and broke, it was lucky they did not injure themselves, when we asked for the glass to be cleared up this was not done we had to go to reception several times before the glass was cleared, this was after midnight.
The swimming pools were all dirty with flies and rubbish, the children were scared to even get in.
The food was repetitive with the same food being served daily, there was no drinks served and you had to get up and get your drinks by yourself. The canteen staff making the food was rude, they would ignore you. The plates were chipped and the glasses dirty.
We came back regretting booking this hotel, it spoiled our Holiday. We paid over £3000 for three rooms, this hotel was not worth the money and we believe we should be refunded and compensated as our holiday was spoiled. Thank you

the hotel is nice has slides for kids
the downside is that they speak more French than english so our kids did not feel included and they couldn't understand anything. The kids club in fernch as well so they couldn't participate in the activities. The food were plain no creativity from the chef. kids club building was shut during the day.

The staff are very kind, very nice place for a family trip, the buffet had good options, the Spa is amazing.
I will surely visit again.
I would just recommend some baby changing facilities on the ground floor.

I’m very disappointed about dealing with the manager who seems to very helpful, but did nothing.

The housekeepers were so kind.
Slides are not safe and not maintained.
Staff are not willing to listen or help, I have asked to take to manager few times but got ignored.
Excruciations are overpriced and not as prescribed.
Breakfast is poor and options are very limited and repeated.
