Water park, food, staff, location, entertainment..
AC could have been better, as mentioned, pool liner also. Was tricky to find freshly lay up tables half way through service, or cutlery, but really not that much to moan about, like the other reviews!

Ive been coming to the same hotel every time I come to Marrakesh since 2015. Its a cute hotel love the lobby and the swimming area. I must say Tariq from the restaurant he was AMAZING and treating everyone with respect!
I got all inclusive and the staff were always looking at me making me uncomfortable of how much things I ate or drink. Even at the swimming pool area where they serves drinks and food they were rude . I didnt get a chance to get their names because not all were wearing name badges. Also they all wait for you to tip them which they made me really uncomfortable and that I have too. Its a shame I wont be staying here anymore dont get me wrong some staff were amazing but the good majority were not nice and rude

I liked the 6th floor room service. My room was all the time clean and different towels each day of my journey.
The restaurant workers were so kind.
I didn't like food quality. Drinks in the pool bar are so disgusting, the pool floor is so dirty, you must pay to have a towel in the pool, poor activities....

The staff in Labranda Rose are exceptional. Special thanks to Brahim in the restaurant who is always available to help with everything we need. The food is okay too. The kids love the Aqua Park...it made the experience memorable. The swimming pool is also lovely. The location of the hotel is brilliant...clean and busy road. Tourist walk around all night long. Let me also thank other staff such as Mama Toure, Tariq, Othman, Abdel Ilah (in the bar) and Mouad. Overall, most of the staff are just too good but BRAHIM IS EXCEPTIONAL. Also, the life guards are very good and knows there job well....THEY SAVED MY LIFE, unfortunately I cant remember any of there name. Even when my brother missed his flight and returned back to the hotel, the staff still looked after him very well, special thanks to MAMA TOURE on this. If there is any reason we will go back to this hotel, it will be the very good customer relation from most of the staff and the Aqua Parc.
The Air Condition in most rooms are too old, not cold at all and you can hardly feel it, rooms get too hot because of the weather. I will recommend people to take a portable fan with them when using the hotel. Secondly: Please use the secured safe in your room for your valuables. 3 times money was taken from our wallet in the room, 400 Derham first, 40 Derham twice and the management do nothing. Definitely at least one of the house keepers is stealing from guests. Even if you put the sign not to clean your room, they still knock and come in. Use the safe for your money and valuables. Also, no single English channel on the TV, so if you have a means to connect to YouTube (like Ps5 or ps4) bring it with you. Lastly, it is very difficult to communicate with the hotel on the phone once you leave. I have requested a refund as one of our family member couldn't make the trip, booking.com has done everything to communicate with the hotel before our arrival and after we left but no luck. So make sure you get your things right, the hotel is difficult to contact.

First of all most of the stuff they dont speak English, only French specifically the stuff at the restaurant,

Only the kids water park and slide
well from start to end it was worst experience i will never recommend any one to come over specially this hotel the staff in reception is worst and the manager is untrustworthy will say i will look in to it and never comeback to me but ground staff housekeeping restaurant staff amazing and helpful. Air-condition in room dont work and when you complain they will say open window weather is nice and we had to change five rooms till we got the room with pool view but air conditioning was okay not the best as my little one age one was crying from heat so never again to this rubbish hotel plus careful that there is lots of cockroaches inside hotel rooms I killed about three within few nights
