Exceptional
The Aqua Fun Club turned out to be a very pleasant surprise that exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly attentive. They even took our luggage to the room, which was comfortable and welcoming. The kids absolutely loved the countless pools and waterslides of every possible size. The food and drinks at the restaurants and bars were excellent. The evening entertainment could use a bit more attention, but nothing that really affected our stay. I highly recommend it and would definitely return with my family

We were made really welcome
from start to the end of our stay. The housekeeping team were amazing as well
the entertainment team. The food was amazing and catered for everyone’s needs.
The staff in general were so very friendly and polite. Can’t fault it.

I was truly impressed by the exceptional customer service at the hotel. Nora was very hospitable by making our stay enjoyable and she was very friendly and helpful. The pool activities and animation team were very good and fun. Sarah was very friendly as well and gave very good energy with her big smile. Chef kamal’s food was very delicious. Exceptional service and great environment, and very good kids entertainment. The whole experience was beyond what we expected, we will 100% return again.

The facility is very clean and I like the various activities we could enjoy on the property. The views from the rooms are great too.
They are big on cleaning, shout out to Rasheeda who supervised cleaning on my floor.

There was a lot of stafff. Some nice but some rude.
The sheets were unclean (stains, hairs), the property was old, the food was the same everyday, the shuttle bus into town was always full, they claim it is 15-29 mins away but it’s more like 30-40mins away in a taxi. Slippery tile floor everywhere, fake decorations like fake sticker tiles. Kids club was super depressing.

The rooms were super big. We were 4(Me, my wife and my 2 kids).There was a double bed and 2 separate single beds in a room separated by a wooden door partition.
Kids enjoyed very well while being in the Swimming pool or at the Ping Pong table. The pool table was small but really good size for kids.
The menu was really well spread including Moroccan delicacies and also tasty food from around the World.
The event management team did a great job by organizing fun events for kids as well as Karaoke night.
The heated pool was too small. At some point it had no room to even walk within the Pool. But I understand that the weather was not suitable for the outdoor pools therefore all the guests were in those small pools.
They may think about creating a some kind of door/closing in the staircase towards the heated pool to control the temperature because you can feel the chills when it is really cold outside and all the breeze is in the Basement. It is not a big thing but a little discomfort.

I loved the space of the room and the staff were extremely friendly. I was touched by the pleasantness of the staff especially the concierge (Omar) and the cleaners (Khadija). The food was really nice and didn’t make me bother about what the family would eat.

I love everything about this facility. There were enough attractions for everyone of all ages. I had 2 teenagers and a toodler with me and we all had facilities that match our ages. The meals were very good and timely, there was breakfast, lunch, tea-break and then dinner. There were also afternoon shows everyday anchored by their multilingual

Staff was attentive and great. Food was amazing.
Front desk does not answer phone. You have to walk to front desk to get action on issue. Facilities are beginning to show wear. The children’s playhouse needs to be updated structurally and also with supplies and activities. There was hardly anything for the kids to do there besides drawing and making do with few worn out toys.

Absolutely amazing time here! The facilities here brilliant. My kids had the best time and are already asking when we will be visiting again! The animation team were brilliant, entertained our kids and were very welcoming too. Zahra did her duty with pure care.
From the reception staff to the room servicing team, to the food prep team, everyone was very welcoming, spoke kindly and was always telling us about facilities and things to do! Rashida did a great job in looking after our room too.
The club’s were very entertaining too!
The city was approx 30min away so spent a lot of money on taxis. Maybe have a more frequent shuttle service to help save the residents money because mostly it was full.

The property itself is old, not very maintained, not good value for money, food wasn’t tasty though options were endless. It is really farrr from Marrakech. One good thing is that they provide a free shuttle service to Marrakech Medina.

The waterpark was so much fun for the kids! The food was really good compared to most other all inclusives I’ve stayed at, and the staff was very friendly and forthcoming. There were photographers who followed us around to take our pictures and they turned out amazing! The free shuttle into town was great as well, and we overall enjoyed our stay so much and wish it had been longer!
Some more variety at breakfast would be great, and be aware that if your child is <10 years old, they may not be able to ride all the slides. There were also some incidents at night when other guests and cleaning staff were being a bit loud, but nothing that Zack from guest relations didn’t immediately take care of. Really can’t complain!

Every time I stay there I enjoy it so much.
The staff makes our stay exceptional, they are very welcoming, helpful and so much fun.
Big appreciation to Sara who made sure our stay was phenomenal. Zack also was great.
The entrainment crew was not great, we missed the old crew with Oussama.
Also I wish the prices for the night will be lower so we can stay longer and I enjoy more.
