Nice pool area, the pool staff were nice.
The staff are terrible, very unhelpful and you have to continuously walk to reception to get help and they dont come.

the pools, the room, staff and atmosphere is absolutely great! Location wise is outside the city, but that's what we were looking for. Also the transfer service works perfectly. expectations met!
cleanliness of the facilities is not fantastic. A bit more attention to the food, specially for breakfast would be appreciated. Maybe just covering the jams and food with a cover would avoid the wasp interaction.

Lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Beautiful surrounding atmosphere, the gardens and the pool very nice. Great staff and helpful receptionist, he was very kind and helpful we were upgraded to better room with it own garden. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy with excellent service. we had breakfast, the food was good, freshly prepared, and tasty. The room itself was large and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Nothing really. Except two receptionist specially one who checked us out he was amazingly helpful. I think his name was hamid
Dark room. Location which has nothing surrounding. If you would like to order food or water you will have to go down to reception or god knows where because no clarification was given. No intercom in our room. No food menu also you will have to pay for water. As soon as we checked in we went back downstairs for lunch it was 2:30pm, this one waiter came at around 2:50pm and asked us for order, no hello no smile nothing told us to hurry up and order as only 7mins to restaraunt closing. In the evening went for dinner and it was very apparent he did not like us was very chatty and pleasant to other foreigners maybe he did not like the colour of our skin. We loved everything about this beautiful lush oasis...15 minutes from the hustle and bustle from Marrakesh Center. The rooms are large and....the beds comfy. The only sounds are birds and fountains. Heaven.

the property is really beautiful and a good size . staff very helpful and friendly. lunch and dinner very nice and good options. pool is a great size and enough space around to relax.
we were asked to change rooms on our stay. firstly being told we had an upgrade (bit cheeky as it was clearly not as upgrade) and on our last night we were asked to move again but we explained we had already been moved once so we didnt thankfully. breakfast could be better.

Riad + grounds was nice and comfortable.
Staff not always attentive and thorough. I couldnt believe I reserved massage 3 weeks in advance for 03 May and each time Reception got it wrong and confirmed for 2nd May. I had to correct more than three times. On day of arrival, 2 May, I decided to check with wellness centre & was informed I was booked for 02 May. What a disaster! Extremely highly priced food and drinks. Dinner menu very limited. Breakfast was not according to the standard I expected of such a Riad, very disappointing! Grounds for relaxation can do with umbrellas / parasols , and more benches to sit and enjoy the surroundings. For such big rooms, why not locate sink in the shower area rather than outside?
