What a beautiful experience from start to finish. Even though we stayed only one night, the team made our visit truly memorable. We were welcomed with tea and sweet treats, followed by a thoughtful conversation about our needs. They arranged a smooth airport transfer for the next morning and even sent us off with a generous bag of snacks for the flight, along with some lovely beauty products. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel genuinely cared for. Highly recommend.

The staff and hospitality were amazing here! So much attention to us and kindness. Beautiful furnishings and seating area for breakfast/time by the pool. They were always asking if we needed anything like tea/coffee, and the breakfast had so much yummy food, we couldn't eat everything. The location is great, just a 5 minute walk to the start of the souks, so it is in a very quiet area. Accessible by taxi, so no need to drag suitcases through market place. The check in was easy and personal as we were served tea and snacks while the manager went over everything with us. We had the Riad arrange taxi to and from the airport which simplified transportation. The deluxe room was large, had its own couch seating area, and balcony. Fresh fruits delivered to room daily during room cleaning.
Overall, we loved staying here for 4 nights. It's a great place to explore for the morning/midday and then come back to relax during the hot afternoons. Beautifully decorated and felt like home!
The ONLY thing we didn't like was that the bed was quite noisy/squeaky anytime we turned over in the night.

Beautiful outdoor spaces and quiet. Staff are excellent. Espresso, soda, water and snacks available by the pool at no extra charge. Love the omelette at breakfast.

Great location. Really relocating hanging out at the pool. Access to refreshments and snacks is right by the pool and included in the room fee. The staff is amazing.

The staff was very friendly, and the hotel's motto was "Relax. We can do everything for you." They even prepared food for us as we were leaving. Our room was cleaned every day, the pool water was clean, and we had free snacks whenever we went to the pool.
We couldn't find any slippers in the room. But when we were leaving, they said they had some. It was our fault for not asking them.
Also, there was cleaning noise from the rooftop earlier in the morning. It was a bit disturbing, but not a big issue. It didn't stop us from loving the place!

The staff truly made our stay exceptional. every single person we met was kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Whether it was offering us mint tea upon arrival, or simply greeting us with a smile each morning, their care and professionalism were outstanding. Special thanks to the front desk team and the breakfast staff — your warmth added so much to our experience!
The hotel itself is stunning — a peaceful oasis in the heart of Marrakech. The decor is elegant and authentic, the rooftop terrace is perfect for relaxing. We also loved the delicious breakfast served daily in the serene courtyard.
If you’re looking for a place with heart, charm, and truly exceptional service, Ksar Anika is it. We can’t wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ksar Anika. The breakfast was delicious - fresh juice, warm pastries, and local touches that felt homemade. The location was great too - right in the Medina but surprisingly quiet. Best of all, our driver was able to drop us off right at the door, which made things super easy and hassle-free, especially with our luggage.
Honestly, there’s nothing we didn’t like. Everything was just as we hoped - the room was cozy, the staff was kind, and the Wi-Fi was strong throughout the riad. We were satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back.

Very helpful staff. Great service.
They had little sandwiches and snacks in the afternoon and they gave us little Moroccan cookies and fruit in our room. They also packed us a little lunch for our departure which was nice.
Food at the restaurant was very good quality.
Nice pool that was clean for our kids.
It was a 12 minute walk or so to get to the Medina. That was a bit challenging as we are a young family so we decided to take a taxi back a couple of times for about 100 Dirham.
Our room was next to the street and was a bit noisy.
One of the employees at the front desk was a little pushy.

Just fantastic accommodations in every way! The room was perfect. Each morning the breakfast was fantastic. We ate dinner there three times had a great meal every single time. Cannot say enough about the wait staff the front desk every single employee at this place was just an outstanding individual. They truly made our experience at Marrakesh perfect.
Not a thing- one of the best places I have ever stayed.

Staff were amazing and service was exceptional, nothing is too much trouble. Siham was amazing and very knowledgable. Breakfast was plentiful and they catered for gluten free dietary needs.
If this Riad was closer to the new city I would stay here again.
