The outside pool area was good
The pillows were really uncomfortable, I asked to change rooms as theyd given me two single beds and I wanted a double. They just pushed the beds together in the second room so there was no point in moving. Someone in my group who was staying in the same property experienced racism from another guest and I didnt feel the reaction from the staff at the hotel at the time was good enough.

Very relaxing, lovely pool. Feels like an oasis.
Nice rooms.
The staff couldnt have been nicer- from the reception team, restaurant/bar staff, and the concierge team, particularly sharif who welcomed us and gave us great introduction

The swimming pool was outstanding, bedroom was very comfy
Buffet was very basic for what they call a 5 star hotel it didnt not se very 5 star with the quality and the price for dinner was more than restaurants in Marrakesh. Was also served meat in breakfast when asked for a vegetarian omelet and the staff did nothing to resolve this

Stuff was outstanding, friendly, very professional just let you relax & enjoy your stay no matter how grumpy you can be , very clean hotel, huge pool..many possibilities for activities, free shuttle to city centre they go some outstanding wonderful paintings ,

Our 7th visit to Kenzi Menara. It was an oasis of calm as always.
Grounds well kept. Spotlessly clean.
The staff are amazing & looked after us from the moment we arrived.
Decor in rooms could be updated.

For a hotel of this price its not the best option we had. The breakfast is basic the rooms are very normal and below the average of 5 star hotel. The price is higher than what you expect

Property was nice, large, lots of areas to sit and relax. Pool was good - as was the pool staff there.
The front of house staff were not very helpful or friendly. Our keycard stopped working several times and they tried to charge us room service twice despite us paying the bill - there were no apologies about this despite making us wait for 20 minutes to resolve it before we had to catch a flight.

This is the best resort hotel in Maramesh no question. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere was heavenly, I originally booked for 2 nights and extended to 5 nights because I loved this place so much. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks, and tea time all buffets, were marvelous. I want to come back to Morocco just so I can stay in this palace again. Thank you to the reception staff for making this a great stay for me.
