The location is in an area that is quiet but convenient. The staff is cordial friendly and accommodating. I always choose the Kech Boutique Hotel when I am in Marrakech. I love the room size. They also have an outdoor pool area that you can just relax even if you don’t go in. When I need a break from my high intensity job and Miami Beach lifestyle I come here to disconnect and recharge. Good value for the price

The smell inside the room
Cleaning service on the door and disappearing

I wouldn’t eat it even if it was for free
No soundproofing you can hear all noises
The price is high for nothing
We paid for a pool view room but we got a city view with a 1m2 balcony, the receptionist was not bothered by that, it seems like this is a normal thing they do on a regular basis

The rooms are comfortable and clean. I found the bed particularly good. The thing that impressed me the most was the staff: they were SUPER helpful and went above and beyond to assist me (i.e: for instance with sending me the invoice that I had forgotten to ask).
All in all it was a 10 out of 10 for me. If I come back to Morocco next year, I already know where to stay.

Theft of a sum of money from my room, which I had not placed in the safe.
Very disappointed by this unacceptable experience in a 4-star hotel. You should review your staff and hire trustworthy housekeeping personnel.
Not a single word of apology from them, apart from saying they would “follow up on the matter”… what a shame.
I will never return!

Kech hotel and staff were exceptionally excellent. From my prior communication before booking with Oussame who answered my many questions and concerns about my group booking. He took time to help me and also made sure when we arrived we had all we needed. Upon Arrival to the hotel Saf ae the front desk receptionist was extremely warm and welcomed my 15 guests. They all had different room options and Saf ae ensured we all had a smooth and quick check in with no error. She's amazing. Khalil, also the front desk receptionist provided continuous support to our guests during our stay and was very kind. A special mention to Jamal who helped with our massive amount of luggage. He was so pleasant and worked hard without complaining with a smile. Kech is now our home in Morocco.

How to get started with how much I love Kech hotel. Let's start with Oussame, Jamal, Saf ae, and Khalil the staff the assisted my group of 15 during our recent stay, they are world class in customer service. They all worked well as a team helping with our check in process ensuring it went smoothly and without error and delays to helping with our luggage and providing us with details on the hotel. Because we had a large group the management and front desk receptionist Oussame, Khalil and Saf ae checked in with me and helped to clarify any questions we had and made our visit pleasant.
The breakfast was good and what is needed to fuel up for hot days in Marrakech. The hotel location is in such a quiet location but provides quick access to the mall and to the Medina.
I would highly recommend Kech hotel

I stayed at Hotel Kech and truly enjoyed the experience. The place is relaxing, and perfect both for working and relaxing.
A special thanks to the reception team, who were always welcoming, helpful, and professional, especially Mr. Oussama, Mr. Khalil and Mr. Ayoub who were extremely supportive throughout my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel, whether you're visiting for business or leisure.

I don’t think this place was worth the money we paid for. The hotel needs upgrades, wall paper around lift pealing off. We were given wrong key room, so we went to the wrong room, the staff who brought our bags up were shocked and apologised. We checked in around 6pm, after that we went out. By the time we returned around 11pm, I had to made few calls and 30 minutes later house keeping came and get the extra bed ready for my daughter, which was supposed to be prepared upon our arrival . Shower was constantly turn hot and cold every few minutes, mould on bath and shower, and I don’t think the bath being cleaned properly as I could see the black dirt around the bathtub drain. When my husband enquired something, front desk staff giggled & whispering with other staff in front of him. Internet connection was extremely bad in the room so I had to use tethering from my husband phone when we were in the hotel room, we stayed on 2nd floor. There were 2 bottles 300ml water in room, surprisingly only 1st bottle is free and no facilities to make tea or coffee in the room.
