Everything in appartement is comfortable and looks fine.

Great location - very close to supermarkets, bus stops, and only 20 minutes from the Medina so you can easily take a cheap bus ( 1.6 euros for 4 people) or a taxi.
While the property was in a good location there were many things that weren’t nice about the property:
1. Although we had an airport driver ( which was great and on time) I would not recommend getting a driver from the property because when we reached the owner took 20 euros for the drive when this was not mentioned anywhere on the booking / WhatsApp when we were discussing.
2. Also I chose the option to pay at the spot however on the spot the owner told us it’s only cash and not card which we were not prepared for so this should be also mentioned.
3. The apartment was very dusty - clean but dusty
4. There was barely any soap in the dispenser and when asked to get more soap the owner did not respond to that so we had to buy our own shop.
5. Responsive owner but our toilet also broke in the apartment ( it was fixed quickly)

The apartment was nice, clean, spacious, well equipped, and has a great location.
As a family, 2 adults and 2 children, the apartment was ideal for us. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a well equipped kitchen, and a bonus for smokers, a balcony ?
We enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect.
Said is very kind and helpful.

Overall, it was a great experience and service. Great location with easy access to buses to the Medina area.
Clean, spacious and well maintained. Everything was easily arranged and completely stress free. Is a great area with access to a supermarket, shops and restaurants. And a gorgeous bakery across the road! Felt great being central but also outside of the chaos of the main square. Not many tourists about and felt a more authentic experience mixing with local people.
Service was amazing. From checking in, to airport collection and drop off, everything went so smoothly.
Property owners and team were amazing also. Communication was great and easy to arrange anything we needed.
Had a great stay here.

Clean apartment kids liked the pool with fake grass on edge so kids don't slip l. loved the Curved TV and netflix. Many restaurants and shops downstairs. Car park in basement. Big kitchen with all the utensils clean lift secure building with many entrance and exits

Perfect accommodation in Marrakech on the 3rd floor in a guarded building in a better part of the city. Clean, fragrant and, above all, quiet. It was absolutely quiet there at night, because the rooms have windows facing the courtyard - the atrium. It was fantastic in this noisy city. Not raf from sightseeings. The buses went acording to google navigation, 3 min. bus stop, 2 min Carefour and an excellent pastry shop. The owner was very pleasant, willing and helpful. If you want to go to Marrakech, I recommend staying here.

The flat is spacious and comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities and more. It was clean and cool thanks to the AC. The location was excellent as it is near the restaurants, shops and jamaa lfna is a couple of minutes drive. Recommended for resting holidays
