It’s a good value for the money. Staff was great. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was decent. The common areas were great and well maintained.
Room floors and walls could be cleaner. Room bathroom could be better maintained. Windows were difficult to close once opened. All these did not affect my stay at all.

The staff is friendly and nice
Everything besides the staff sucks, the room are so small, windows are more smaller even, no fridges in the room, no water offered, small 2 towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper a day, No private good wifi (public open/not secured, parking lot has a huge sign (even tho the parking lot belongs to the hotel but the sign is clearly saying they are not responsible on your vehicle incase of any robbery or someone breaks it...), 1 elevator (4 people max) for the whole hotel, Small TV in the room with 0 cable channels, I can keep writing and writing and writing but to summarize this = 60 euros a night is a robbery, we were robbed and the room doesn't deserve over 20 - 30 euros max

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The atmosphere was great and accommodating. Everything was clean and the pool was awesome. The dining room and breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious!! Thank you Chef!! I would like to thank you all for everything and the great hospitality!!

Very clean hotel / you do have all what you need. the receptionist guy karim or kamal ( sorry don’t remember) was very helpful, professional and specially hardworking ( remembered during that day a lot of people had to check in same time) however the process was smooth
