The localisation
There no Clim working and the towels are very old no champoo and body shower gel the stuff not doing what you ask for very bad experience

The location is excellent. Ibis is conveniently located right next to the Supratours station and the train station, very close to the Gueliz neighborhood and just a 35 minute walk to the medina. The staff were polite and helpful, they booked a taxi for me to take me to the airport very early in the morning.
The bathroom of my room looked pretty old, it could use an update.

I arrived at this location after having spent one night at their other location which was totally miserable. So the contrast was very kind to this second location. The staff here was professional and accommodating, and their pool actually swimmable (the staff at the other location met both of my very basic requests with a flat "no", and their pool is so shallow one cannot really swim in it).
At this location, the garden and pool are actually enjoyable, and there is a very extensive lounge area which is great for anyone who needs a calm and comfortable space to work on their laptop.
I had a very short interaction with the housekeeper but was truly touched by how incredibly sweet she was. I hope she is adequately valued as a part of the team at Ibis Gare.
The rooms are impossibly small.
The shower head needs to be replaced, it was leaky and it took me forever to be able to rinse the shampoo out of my hair for this reason.
Overall, this is an extremely basic hotel stay which does not match the price paid.
