The staff upgraded my room from first floor to the terrace because there was a free room. I really appreciated it. I also like that all the rooms have sinks. The Taxi prices they give are very reasonable so it's worth booking your taxi through the riad.
Wifi didn't work all the time, but it has worked well on my previous stays. The first floor rooms are the noisiest, they're just next to the entrance and the door is kept open daytime.

The location is great, the staff is very helpful, rooms are clean and the terrace is nice. Breakfast was good too, it was served in another hotel nearby.

I absolutely loved staying in this hotel. The location is amazing bc its a 3 min walk to heart of the city center but it still a very quiet location. Slept easily. The best part is the staff, super nice, polite and extremely helpful with tips and advices. Will def come back again!

At the heart of the Medina in Marrakech and close to most things you want to visit. A really good value for money if you don't mind an older standard.

It was nice to be right in the city centre.
The bathroom and toilet were incredibly dirty and there was a smell coming from there. When I opened the window of the room, there was a smell coming from the toilet into the room. The headboard was covered in dust. The sink had never been washed.

This is a great hotel , really close to the main square - Djemaa el Fna. It has a beautiful decorations and tile work throughout. It is really clean and the staff were helpful. Honestly it is such great value. Its quite basic but what do you expect for this price! Even though it is right near the main square, its still really quiet and you can sleep well. When you go out of the hotel onto the main street, you can find all the great food that you need. Bathroom is basic but has good hot running water.
Its best to check the room if you can before you come as the bottom rooms are quite dark and the window opens up to the inside only.

Its everything you need when nit looking for luxury. Internet on the ground floor in my room worked really well during the day, when not many people were using it, so I could properly do my work online.
Shared shower need renovation, cleaning twice a day, not once, and maybe a shower curtain too

Central near to Medina
Shared bathrooms were not clean enough. The toilet and the shower (the first floor) were in the same place and when someone had a shower one cannot enter the toilet and when you enter the toilet part was completely wet.

The hosts were amazing, they helped us arrange everything, and helped us with great tips.
The terrace is great, you can really enjoy it there.
