Room was spacious & had 2 bathrooms.
No buffet breakfast was available. Room did not have bottled water, kettle or any extras. We managed to get a kettle and they offered us a free bottle of water.

The staff was really friendly! We chose to stay here for a night because it is close to the train station. There is also an atm within 5 min of the hotel. The room was quiet and comfortable. If you want to stay close to the train station I highly recommend here for a good price!

The hotel is in a very good location, the facilities appear somewhat modern, and overall it is good and comfortable, with an above-average level of cleanliness.
A permanent solution must be found for the strong bleach smell coming from the bed sheets and pillowcases. The odor is so unpleasant that I could not ignore it when going to sleep at night, which forced me to spray perfume to reduce the smell.

We booked it last minute because our flight was cancelled and we needed a place to stay the night. The staff was very accommodating. Reliable internet. Comfy and clean room.
Would not recommend for a turist in the city, its much better to stay in the Medina.

The location is perfect, close to all restaurants and cafes. The taxi to all attractions was cheap and it was easy to access. 5 min from bus station for those who wants to travel outside of Marrakech. Hotel did some renovations, but breakfast was organized perfectly on 5th floor. The reception staff is amazing, friendly, kind and welcoming.
Everything was good, probably just pillows could be changed, but the bed itself was very big and comfortable.

Always clean and staff make sure they come everyday to tidy the room. Breakfast was good in their little way. Loved the Morocco tea.
Pool wasn’t available to use according to the management. I booked for Spa Hamma, upon arriving there, the staff said the Hamma isn’t hot and we cannot donut so I ended up with body massage and thankfully that was relaxing. I didn’t like the noise coming all corner, lift, doors opening and closing, and work ongoing outside with big bang. Also, I didn’t like the cat at the reception as I am not a pet person. Get a universal charger. Restaurant isn’t functioning as there is a repair ongoing in the hotel
