Wonderful
Awesome pool, amazing terraces, lot's of space for all the customers. Breakfast was also traditional and good enough. The room had very little light, but it was very cool, so that's good.
The access to the Riad is not exactly straightforward. But it's not a deterrent in my opinion.

Large room and proximity to organised tour pick-up points and Souks. Airport drop-off was organised but after several painful reminders and clarifications on time and date. Early breakfast was provided on request. Were helpful with boarding pass print-outs.
Overall not very professional and one of the staff (Abdul) were quite rude. He was annoyed that we didn't have exact change to settle our bill, was trying to give us torn/dirty notes and also keen on returning less money (not substantial but reflects on attitude). Rest of the staff were generally friendly and helpful.
We were made to wait for a long time on arrival and no useful information from staff (compared to other Riad we stayed in). At one point the staff who finally took us to our room, literally ran away in the middle of our conversation as noone was available to answer the door.
They have advertised pool but this is really a water feature in the breakfast area. They have a roof-top that is not serviced. So several unusable features have been advertised. The rooms were really close to each other unfortunately we also had loud neighbours and people walking up and down the stairs which was noisy in the night.
Our superior double room had two twin beds put together which was uncomfortable to sleep in.
We stayed at different Riads during our time in Marrakech and there was a clear difference in quality of service and level of professionalism. This one was at the lower end of the spectrum.

Wonderful
The riad is spectacular, very clean and the most friendly staff I met. It has a traditional air. It is excellent value for the price. I felt so good here, it is peaceful, full of plants and birds sing all day long. The rooftop terrace is perfect in the morning or for a drink at night. Great traditional breakfast.
The entrance to the riad is through a tight alleway wich might seeem a bit scary at night. But, at request, one of the staff can accompany you to the main road.
Also, there is no access by car. The nearest road where cars can travel is at about 5-6 minutes walk.

This is a beautiful property within medina. The riad was to an excellent standard and the best we stayed in at Marrakech.
Staff were happy to help with anything they could.
We stayed within a standard room. This was on the ground floor and was rather noisy at times depending on how busy it was.

Everything!! The Staff are genuinely good and nice people, always very helpful and happy to help. We were always greeted with a smile and felt at home here. The Riad is gorgeous, very tranquil and beautifully decorated. There is always someone cleaning, the cleaning ladies are also very sweet and extremely quiet and low profile!! The beds are comfortable, I dont sleep very well but i slept like a baby here. We tried the hamam and massage, i would say it is a must! I would definitely stay here again, it couldnt have been any better.

Very cozy, has good wifi and the pool is awesome. I loved the place! All the staff is super friendly and polite. They gave us breakfast at 12:30 after the checkout! A place to come back :)

I did like nothing..the hotel or ( the hotel) as they said is not a hotel is a caravan located at the most dangerous area ans very dirty area..taxi can't reach there , u have to walk , once I got of the taxi ..some guys attacked on me asking for money , and once I reached the (( hotel)) I thought its a supermarket or so..u have to nock the door for opening and the photos totally different of what they are posted on booking..I asked for refund they said I have to call booking, they I booked in another hotel I can't sleep or stay such that area imagine I will go out at night , so I will be attacked again

I could not recommend the riad highly enough. Everything about it was just perfect. A real haven away from the hustle and bustle. The rooftop is fantastic . Plenty of beds to relax on and very spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious. I will definitely return when I come back to Marrakesh.
It was quite hard to find, down a very narrow alleyway with a low ceiling you had to duck to go under. As 2 single females we felt a bit unsure. Then you walk inside and wow!

The property was absolutely gorgeous, the Riad was beautiful it had everything we could ever need. The staff were amazing they were able to accommodate absolutely everything. I would totally recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Marrakesh the Medina and city was all within a short walk.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were made to feel extremely welcome - the tea on arrival was delicious! The staff went out of their way when checking us in, and were always on hand for any questions or help we needed throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious every morning too, freshly made and a good start to the day! We couldn't recommend this Riad enough and have already shared with family and friends!

The location was perfect, the staff were polite and the massages were 10/10. The rooms were impeccably cleaned. Terrace is beautiful.
Extremely noisy! Our room was located near the pool which meant it was extremely loud early in the morning as this is the breakfast location. Staff seemed a little deflated at times as they're super busy.

The building is really beautiful, very cozy interior design, huge rooftop for customer use. The staff are really friendly and helpful.
The entrance is in the street with the dead end covered on top, for someone tall like my partner, he had to bend down while walking to reach Riads doors.
The place was a bit expensive and so were the meals.

Very clean, lovely staff, especially Yassine and female staff Marwa (?), nice included breakfast, nice facilities.
A little bit dodgey entrance at the beginning, so make sure you know where you are going beforehand. However, once we knew our way everything was good.

Very nice staff, beautiful rooms and rooftop terrace.
Location difficult to find, if you arrive when its dark best ask the host to pick you up at the square nearby.
