Staff was very attentive. Rammy reviewed the map with me when I arrived and gave me information. The room was very nice, clean, and well appointed, even if there was just barely enough room on either side of the bed to get to the bed. Funky shaped room, but spacious enough with a nice bathroom - good water pressure and a tub. The place was old but well taken care of with great medina ambiance. Breakfast was great - when I said no bread because of a gluten allergy, they made everything gluten free for me. I was sick and stayed in my room sleeping and staff actually came to check on me. Dinner was good too. I cancelled my first booking for the day after the quake, but as of Sept 19th I could detect no damage in the hotel or surrounding area. (I didn't explore the city as a whole as I was too sick)
Nothing bad for me. If you want a very new, modern hotel, this is not for you.

I absolutely loved my stay at Dar Sara! It's a great location, easy to reach and navigate. The accommodation in itself was clean, neat, beautiful and aesthetic. The hosts were very charming and helpful!

The stafg were excellent and accomadating. We arrived late via their transfer and they arranged an early breakfast and transfer to bus station the next morning.

Staff were very helpful and engaging. The suites are beautiful and the location is amazing.
The breakfast was fresh but bland, just bread, jam, cheese & coffee, the same each day. For the price I would have expected more. Also the rooms near the dining area have limited privacy.

It is subdued in taste, and feel. The plunge pool is a real bonus, staff are super friendly and the early morning airport transfer was done properly and very well. I asked if they escort to the riad at night - yes, of course. I highly recommend this lovely riad and will book again if ever returning to Morocco.
Its not a dislike - just be aware if you choose the beer serving, classical music restaurant advertised on Dar Saras board, it is very expensive indeed.
