Great location, friendly staff, spacious rooms, gym and pool are well equipped.
Rooms are poorly insulated, windows onto the balcony are old and lock themselves when closed while being outside. If you are travelling alone, you may be forced to shout for help outside the hotel balcony hoping a member of staff will be there to help and let you back inside your room. Breakfast is not as good as it should be for an hotel of this level. Bathrooms (Shower and Sink area) do not have doors.

Excellent location with two pools. The outdoor pool is heated up to 26 centigrade and covered nightly. In door pool is much wormwer.
The climate control was fully controlled by the hotel engineers and it never dropped below 22 centigrade which is very warm and stuffy in the bedroom especially the temperature outside at night was around 20

breakfast was fantastic, lots of choices. we visited the hamman or spa and had an indulgent treatment. totally worth it! the staff was very friendly and so warm. the rooms were very clean and large and had every amenity. felt as if you were staying at a 5 star resort.
everything was great! we had drinks at the bar, they had a great jazz band playing nightly.
