Excellent location with a very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING... one of the best hotel breakfast we every had.
It was a little bit on the expensive side but the breakfast and location made up for it.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel is beautifully, decorated in Moroccan style and art. The location is easy to find and cabs can reach it within the allowed hours.There is minimal noise from the busy square. the buffet breakfast was generous and included local fare.
The riad design means the rooms are windowless. There is a lot of noise from above and between rooms. The so called suite is just an odd shaped room with 2 bathrooms. Several daily breakfast offerings were probably from the previous evening which is fine but they were served cold and were not very tasty that way.

Staff and breakfast was outstanding - true Moroccan hospitality at its finest. Location was absolutely amazing...you can't beat having a riad that opens right onto the main square, but at the same time is completely quiet!
Pictures are very out of date, and facilities are quite a bit more worn that in the pictures. The shower, especially, really needs some attention as there was a great deal of black mold in all the tile work. My room also suffered from climate control issues, and was unable to cool below 24 degrees, so if you're sensitive to temperature for sleeping keep this in mind.

Lovely hotel in great location. But what really made it special was the staff. They are so kind and so hospitable that we were most sorry to leave them. They were highly professional, knowledgeable, helpful and informative.

Lovely hotel, right on the corner of the busy main tourist square. Room very nice, rooftop area with small pool great to relax on, nice breakfast, very nice, helpful, friendly staff. They organised direct airport transfer and a private city tour in advance.
