Clean room, very good staff
Location is far from everything in town, airport, downtown, old sites. However, there are many shops and restaurants around the hotel.

Very disappointed with my stay. The noise from the cars kept me awake all night. Better sound insulation is definitely needed

Wonderful
This was our second time at this hotel, which says a lot. It's always clean and comfortable. The location is good with easy access to the city centre and the trips but far enough away to escape from the noise. The breakfast is very basic but adequate and the meals are good and well priced.
The staff are lovely and very welcoming. We will stay here again if we come back to Marrakech.

1. The key card failed to work everytime hence needing to go the reception everytime to have it activated
2. No bins for used sanitary pads
3. They have no variety of breakfast options, the vegetables were cold every morning
