The hotel was nice and quiet good for those who are looking for some peace.
We had troubles with the toilets it was broken and clogged even though they came fixed it it was still clogged and the minibar wasn’t working the tv remote as well.

Beautiful garden, great big pools, clean. Great rooms, modern and clean. Perfect AC. Good wifi.
Breakfast was a bit boring. Moroccan tea was undrinkable.

Almost everything! The location is amazing, so calm and clean. The location has a few more 5 stars resorts just nearby, as well as walking distance to a few shops, a mall, and Megarama cinema. The resort is nicely designed, so clean, and the staff were so friendly.
The light was too dimmed in the room, no central light - only the lamps.
The washroom didn’t have a fan.

The place was clean and quite. The staff were professional
There was no electric jug and hot beverage preparation items in the room. It will be more comfortable to have cups, glasses, tea bags, sugar and milk in rooms.

Very dirty everywhere and lots of birds inside, tol hard beds and pillows, incredibly rude staff.

Breakfast very poorly, swimming pool inside is not clean at all. Housekeeping not very professional at all.

Staff were helpful and friendly
About three night there were loud disturbances coming from next door or not too far away. Woke me up on each occasion and kept me awake until early hours of the morning. It was disturbing as doors were banged which shock the whole building and people arguing. On another note the lace white curtains could do with washing as they were black at the bottom… it this could not have been due to a few months it’s clearly over time.

Really beautiful aesthetic and very well looked after.
Just the TV in the room was a little small and we couldn’t watch anything as we couldn’t understand any channels.
