Wonderful
Nice room, everything was clean, great location.
I really liked the breakfast, the food was tasty and enjoyable. However, no matter what time you come, many of the serving dishes are empty and you have to ask the staff to refill them, as they are not replenished regularly.

The girl at reception was really nice and helpful, the bed was comfortable, the location was really great and central
The night staff at the hotel were really rude, the breakfast was terrible, the only thing we could eat was the bread, they ran out of eggs we waiting over 30 minutes for some eggs but it never came out. the hotel room wasnt that clean, the shower, the floor.

Comfortable and clean, on walking distance from the city center (25 mins from the main square) and in the nice modern part of the city. Breakfast was good, they allowed us to leave our baggage before and after check in and everyone was friendly and polite, especially the girl on the reception.

Disappointing
No power during breakfast, eating in a dark.
The receptionist, a young girl paid more attention to her phone than the customers. I had to keep repeating what im saying bc she didnt focus. Very annoying.

Nothing except for the staff.
We arrived at the hotel after an overnight flight at 11am and were very tired. We were told to wait for our room till 3pm so we sat in the lobby freezing. At 3:30 we went to the counter only to be told we were not allowed to check in, as I hold a passport from the EU and my partner is a citizen of Morocco. The hotel asked for the marriage certificate and since we didn’t have it they asked us to leave. Rude and disrespectful. We had to find another hotel and travel through the traffic for another hour. I still have not received my refund.

HUGE bed in a nice room. Boasts a pool and is located near some nice restaurants and shops. Also has an ATM in the lobby and is within walking distance of the train and bus stations.

Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing, especially during breakfast. Whenever I requested any item from the buffet, the response was always: Not available or “Finished, as if the hotel doesn’t care about providing even the minimum level of service to its guests. This happened repeatedly in an annoying way and completely discouraged me from staying again. I hope the management will reconsider the level of service and address this shortcoming

the rooms were large; and every taxi driver recognized the name of the hotel.
The rugs and furniture were filthy!
There was only one outlet in the room, and it was in a terrible location. I kept tripping over my computer wires every time that I got into or out of bed. There was no mini fridge or coffee maker. This is NOT what I would expect of a 4 star hotel.
The person who "helped" you get a taxi was a grifter--the "set" price kept increasing--I felt that I was constantly being hustled.
The women behind the desk knew nothing about any tourist attractions. They wanted to be helpful, but couldn't be.
