I would highly recommended this place when a hotel close to train and bus station is needed. We had a comfortable stay for one night.

Good location.... welcome staff very helpful....room nice and clean...near to city centre and train station....I would recommend . One of the best hotel in Marrakech..... very good breakfast....

Good location not far from the center, breakfast included is always a bonus, everything looked cleaned, check in and check out without any problem.
Was there for 3 nights, receptionist told us in the check in, that the kitchen closed at 22h30, all good, the next day we came to the hotel at 22h and wanted to have dinner, they said the kitchen closed at 21h30, when i asked about what they said "yesterday" they said "that was yesterday" in a rude way. Also we had some problems with the bathtub.

Relatively clean, compared with dark and stinky riads & tars.
Noice at corridor; not-functional facilities & wifi; fatigue breakfast, so little proteins, just bread and carb, instance coffee tastes like hot chocolate; meant receptionist, asking for money for printing out one piece of A4 boarding pass; many personals cannot speak or understand English; slippery shower cabin...
