Everything is near! Is so close that you can walk anywhere from here.
Unfortunately, our neighbor was talking on the phone around 2 AM, and we could hear everything due to the thin walls.
And wifi was a bit weak in our room.

Nice traditional style property.
Very busy and congested road outside the hotel. Was a bit of task navigating with 2 pushchairs and kids.
No lift on upper floors which is where all the bigger family rooms are. Other than that it's a pretty pleasant hotel.

The location of the hotel was literally 5 mins from Janaa el Fina,making it ideal for the medina and also to get to other parts of the city or tours. the beds,size of the rooms and working aircon was good. Staff was helpful and acoomodating.
The place is old and run down, no frills and a cheap stay. I had requested a quite room so they had given me a room in the main hall which felt very claustrophobic, so asked for a room with an outside window and got one facing the street, which if you are not tired might take some time to sleep as there is always some activity or people talking outside, through the night. so definitely not for light sleepers. the place needs an update for sure

hotel location near to everything. bus to airport stop 3 minutes walking distance. receipting employee's very friendly fatiha and sadiq also speaking English. cleaning daily if you want. The cleaning lady working hard and also very humble.
The window cartoon not cover the whole window. The little light by the bed not working. you have to get up and go to the door to shut the light.

The staff here are truly what set Hotel Narjisse apart. They were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. From providing excellent local recommendations to arranging taxis, their service was flawless. The overall atmosphere is one of serene calm—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the souks.

Our room was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and felt like a true Moroccan retreat. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the attention to detail in the décor—from the traditional tiles to the rich fabrics—was stunning. Everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and perfectly sized.

Everything! Staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was upgraded for free which is so spacious. The room was clean and heater worked really well.

The location is in center but it was surrounded by horses hence there were bad smell in the entire area , room is small, no facilities other than shampoo and soap, free coffee and tea is available at yhe lounge, no breakfast

Staying there I was a bit scared of some bad reviews, but it is totally good enough for a couple days. You get what you pay for. A simple room with toilet and shower, a TV and AC. I had no issues at all with the hotel or the room. The location is great, right next to the Medina entrance and tours meeting points. No regrets. Specially if you plan on staying out all day. The street is busy as expected since it’s right next to the Medina but still quiet during the night.
On the bad side, the WiFi didn’t reach the room, only the lobby and things were a bit ran down.

The property was very close to the centre and ideal for excursion pick ups. Staff were friendly and helpful. Right next to taxi rank.
Just outside property was quite dirty with some homeless people. Quite noisy. No external window.
