This is mainly a tour group hotel. Nice pool area, clean enough, rooms and breakfast are adequate. I would consider it a 3star not 4. Some slippery surfaces and broken things - handrail, toilet seat, shower fixture - in need of maintenance. Water is not provided by the hotel and you cannot bring it into the hotel. You are expected to buy it at an inflated price from the hotel itself.

When I wake up morning time room was smell disgusting coming from bathroom There is a problem with the toilet drain There is a problem with the toilet drain I guess, pool is not what you imagine

Poor staff extremely rude , ignorant/arrogant
Construction noise in the morning/ all day
Breakfast is bad(for me) roast potatoes and cucumber and egg , not much selection - better to go out to local cafe for half the price
Not aloud to bring water into my room! No water provided in the room
Takes 10 mins to get a towel for the pool every morning
Constantly moved around by life guard and constantly annoyed about anything ! Even when it was just me at the pool! Have a day off !!

Gym is overpriced for what it is 20euro 45 mins
Lift wasnt working and I wasnt informed as I have bad knees
Wifi was very poor and didnt work for a whole day that caused major disruption to me
(2 euro from hotel cafe only option )
Could write a lot more but its getting embarrassing already
Would put me off coming back to this country

The staff were amazing.
The pool was not clean, water was not draining from the bath, the breakfast options were very limited and disappointing

Nice and clean room with good hotel facilities.
The quadruple room was slightly large which is very good. However, the single air-conditioning unit did not cover the whole room and can do with another one next to the double bed. Also, the room front door could do with a lock from inside the room for security. At one point, the cleaner opened the room door immediately after a couple of knocks. They should have waited for at least 30 seconds before opening the room door. I did not feel safe.
